THEORY: Secretary Gong took care of Deokhui like a mother as she lost her own mother early on and she had a daughter too. The daughter married Jang Seon's brother and gave birth to Seung Hyun and Persecutor Yeom( twins). Deokhui was friend with Yeo and married him and gave birth to Eunman. Eunman, Seung Hyun were childhood friends and Deokhui suspected his mom and her husband having an affair and orchestrated the car accident. Due to which Ildo and Eunman survived but Seung Hyun fell into the water inside the car who was rescued by Ildo but left in the shore. He was rescued by Secretary as he is her grandson but she lost her daughter then. To protect Deokhui who was like her own child they planned to marry her off to Ildo who knows all of this. But the reality is that Prosecutor Yeom's mom and Eunman's dad weren't dating but they lost their lives in that accident. When Kang landscaper said that he saw Seung Hyun before it's probably because he had made the garden of Jangseon's brother house and Jangseon's brother said Dongju looked familiar as he is his own son whom he thought was de*d with his beloved wife

So... Eunman's real father was died in an accident where Ildo survived. What if the car it collided with was Dongju's where they all fell in the water and only Dongju was saved by Gongja. The accident was orchestrated by Jangseon and Eunman's mom knows that. She is also playing tricks to bring out the truth to surface. Dongju's real parents are Yeom's parents and he went missing and his mom died in that accident?

I also think that Dongju is the son of the engineer couple which would make Dr Yi Hyeon his sister. His parents are either the engineer couple or Yeom's parents. I'm leaning towards Yeom's parents as that'd make his ruining his law school dreams by stealing Dongju's score that ruined his highschool and Yeom marrying his brothers love and eventual sacrifice to let his bro and sis in law get together make more sense.

Ban Ju Yeon never had anyone to tell him how to grow up, he just did what he thought he should to not disappoint his grandmother. What happened 30 years ago? I think Jang Seon caused the car accident that k*lled Eunman's dad and his own nephew and sister in law. The nephew ie Dong Ju ( Seon Hyun) was saved by Jong Ja. This event, Chairman Cha knows all about and this is the reason why he let Eunman marry his other nephew to save his family. In the car accident I think Iido survived due to collaborating with Jang Seon starting that point.

I think the shares deal is also underlying way of chairman to bring the truth to surface and right his wrongs of disregarded his granddaughter. I think all 3 of them will be given the ownership of Daesan

Regarding the password with the aunt, I think before taking vacation Dongju must have made contingency plans to save the dollars of Chairman so they aren't there

The thing is he admitted to having s*x without consent but he was freed of charges as there were apparently no definite proof of violence against the victim which doesn't make sense because in most countries his acts would be considered r*pe but in his case not only was he acquitted but the victim was sentenced to jail time as well... I smell money and power playing an influential role here

My dearest nemesis is so fast paced that I don't know how they'll drag it to 12 episodes. I think there's some secret behind the de*th of Ju Yeon's parents and grandma knows that's why she tried to protect him by making him strong there has to be a reason why she gave him no shares... it's to protect him in her own way. Finally she'll accept how it's making him lonelier and how the only person he could rely on was an employee. I also think his secretary knows about his secret double life but she's helping him hide it from the bg as she saw that little boy grow up all alone. I want to see some good brother in law and father in law interaction as brother in law and Ju Yeon are of the same age so the dynamic will be so funny. The acceptance of this perfect dil by grandma who's everything but from a chaebol family will be good too I don't think she's agree at once but she'll be like grandpa from Business Proposal. Plus, there's this guy Ju Yeon went in search of in the chaebol party what if he turns out to be one of Sujeong's friends who'll be a love rival but inherently a good guy so the funny love rivalry which will be pointless as both of them only love each other.
