I loved the ending where they are no longer High School Heroes but One, one with his instinct to fight as a means of his flight ie freedom from the shackles of past , brother and father.
This was on my watchlist for so long and I finally watched it...binged it in one single day. Loved the performances and the lessons that each learnt from the 3 cases. I was sobbing like a baby for everything Habin went through.
Some are saying that they should have shown how Hajun di*d but the whole point of the show was to make the father realise that he trusted his daughter just like she is, without any proof, without her forcing herself to change herself for the world to perceive her normal So it was enough for Tae Su when she said she didn't kil* him...nothing else mattered just her words did.
The ending with the watch as a present that Tae Su wanted to gift Habin in the 1st scene itself is so poignant, he wanted their time that was stanstill untill then to flow together after the de*th of her mom but now he had NO REASON for his gift as he realised, they will always remain at the same place, all they can do is try to weave new tales by collecting the fabrics of past, trauma, happiness, experiences and everything in between....time was always flowing, they can only keep a track of it but can't change or control it but that doesn't mean that they can't look ahead.
They are far from a loving dad and daughter, ofcourse they now understand each other a bit but it'd a complex story and as the seasons change and the watch ticks they will continue to learn more of each other and themselves and one day they will really make this house a cozy home
What does the end means? It cut from the interview made it seem like Ena took on he baton that Seungjoo left behind as she showed the new puzzle piece. But personally I think it's someone's twisted psychotic fantasy that came out like this as the puzzle case was broadcasted all over so the new serial k*ller saw that as a means to do the act and play with the cops What do you all think?
There are comments saying, " Why not make it a BL, why afraid of BL if you can show bromance" and comments on "Queerbaiting" just because there are all guys in the school and 2 boys on the poster. Ever heard of All boys school? The thing is this, It's not even bromance, Yoongi sees Ui Gyeom as someone who can aid his revenge for his hospitalized friend and Ui Gyeom sees him as his guide to help him release his anger through violence but in a way that makes him different from his bro and dad is by punishing the bullies. It's not even friendship yet...not everything has to be queerbait, bromance and bl. All your heads are too one dimensional that's it.
still donβt know why Koreans try so hard to make everything bromance but still afraid of BL .

So it's generational cycle of trauma and abuse. Their dad doesn't want them to be ignored like him. He was subjected to abuse by his dad from which he ran away but now lives in shadow of his dad and sisters. Soo Gyeom was abused by his father and released it on Ui Gyeom. Ui Gyeom was abused by both his dad and brother and resents mom who never took a stand for him or his brother and wants to not be like his brother or father but in turn he too is addicted to violence but he takes it out on bullies. The symbolism of the sky is so poignant, Ui Gyeom wants to be free and take his flight but he's shackled by his family and expectations.
I re-watched it and I think her seniors' father is the grim reaper who broke the law and saved her so she can see all grim reapers now. The 'disappear' in this sense is definitely that the lady grim reaper said that she'd collect his soul and he'd go to heaven, I think he went to heaven and after Hee Wan lives her life she'll meet him again one day and he'll continue to look at her from above
I'm not even a bl enthusiast like my only bl is the one the very famous win metawin one but they put in a royalty storyline which is right up my alley and I watched ep 1 which showcased quite good acting Maybe I should give bls a try
Loved it so so much All the athletes in the 2nd innings of their lives still making the country proud Their integrity is what makes it even more interesting Dae Yong is a athlete himself still reprimands the national team players as 'backdoor' entries Bas*ard Love the dynamic of all the players βππ«Ά

This is definitely my comfort drama. Mirae, Miji, Sejin, Hosu, Rosa grandma, Ex bf, JiYun, Mom, grandma, Hosu's mom all the characters have layers and I LOVE to see their CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
I think Mi Ji will pity Mi Rae and exchange her life with hers again. At that time Ho Su will meet Mi Rae and Mi Ji acting as Mi Rae will think that Ho Su likes Mi Rae but he actually liked Mi Ji instead
I think I'll cry for Mi Ji throughout this series π’
