The original title in Chinese is actually quite poetic. But many international fans may not know or understand…
I hear you, but there are many other people in the world who speak 2 or more languages, who have not had the opportunity to learn Mandarin, Korean, etc. yet watch & enjoy Asian dramas. We are interested in the culture and will appreciate more closely translated titles - what about "Mountainwards, Seawards? There are vastly more people than Americans outside China who use English as a lingua franca to get a glimpse of other cultures.
He blocked you because you where spamming Bs at them.
I don't like getting involved in debates like these, but to get through the superficial level here: South-Africa benefited from the first Muslims being excellent craftspeople (sculptors, builders, etc.) who created a large part of what is now cultural heritage buildings & art. They created a local cuisine & the first european-asian-indigenous creole which is called Afrikaans. Several of their descendants were instrumental in bringing about the downfall of apartheid. If one looks at what the Arab world created & we benefit today, it is really interesting (Arabic numerals, modern medicine, etc.). Rather expand your knowledge than display the lack of it through rage-baiting posts. I mean this sincerely - all peoples, religions, etc. have things to offer this world & there is much to learn from all of them.
YiBo Is My Hero, And I Am So Proud Of Him For Being Part Of This Documentary To Try And Save Theses Armadillos…
Armadillos are a completely different species from pangolins and are found only in the "New World" - it is a case of parallel evolution. If you want to support Wang Yi Bo on this, tell everyone you know not to use medicine with pangolin scales in it.
I have so much sympathy for her. I also have chronic medication, but at least i can adjust my own schedule and opt out of things it it gets too much, and have complete privacy. It must be awful to suffer like this under the spotlight.
Thanks! I try avoid haemorrhaging a lot of negativity, because it just spoils other people's view in advance. Better to be brief when you dislike something, but expansive when you do.
