I’m really loving Mobius. I actually like the MoMa plot and the way every clue gets revealed

Review Shadow Love
Wow, such beautiful words about this drama. I honestly didn’t have high expectations, even after reading the novel it’s based on, but it completely won me over from start to finish. I loved it in a way I hadn’t felt in so long. It’s not flawless, but it was perfect for my heart

I also feel that way…it seems to be the whole underlying plot line of the story.
I feel like Moma’s plot is gonna be the focus till its last episode. That’s where we’ll get the key to Ding Qi’s loop perception and the villain who has the same ability, which is why everything’s different now

Since transmigration dramas in China have a hard time getting approved, I think it probably won’t air until…
I never thought about that parallel with the original story, but I actually like it

Yep, let’s just hope they make a good adaptation, especially with the whole transmigration issue and the Chinese regulations around it

When? I need this in my life right now 😆
Since transmigration dramas in China have a hard time getting approved, I think it probably won’t air until 2026. I’d love to watch it sooner because the story is so good. Maybe they’ll surprise us and release it in December.

In the novel, there’s a happy ending, so the drama should have one too

I'm still puzzling over the Aoze incident. So the empress took him to the cave, Li Wei attacked, ML's guards chased…
That’s why the Empress bound her life to the Emperor’s through that potion

I just finished reading the novel. What a beautifully painful story. I loved it. I just hope the script can keep much of its original essence, even if they have to change some parts because of the transmigration ban in China

In terms of depth LOTFG failed miserably SL is much better
Yeah, SL has better world-building and its characters feel more believable for its fantasy genre. What I’m saying is that people keep comparing them when it doesn’t make sense. Their plots have completely different goals

The only worthwhile thing in the Cdrama The Female General is Cheng Lei and his acting.

Title Shadow Love
I honestly don’t get why people keep comparing LOTFG and Shadow Love in their reviews. They’re totally different stories, genres, and characters, each with their own context. If superhero-style fantasy isn’t their thing, that’s fine, I get it. But beyond that, it feels like a lot of people are missing the bigger picture of this plot.

I’m surprised the drama is divided into arcs as I didn’t read any comments before starting, so that was unexpected.…
Their story arc really set the bar high for the ones that came after. Cheng Ao is another amazing character from Cheng Lei. His flirting with FL is a solid 10. They basically became each other’s rock

I’ve only got two episodes left and I really liked that mini-drama. Cheng Lei makes every single scene where he’s treating the FL’s wounds feel super sensual. In this one, in LOTFG, and in Shadow Love. The tension is just so good

It’s totally up to you and your personal taste. For me, I really loved his battles with those supernatural powers

How sweet!
I saw him in the Republican drama and really liked how his character was both clever and charming. And yes, I’d love to see him in a modern drama, where he can take on more complex roles that really bring out his acting talent.

The story’s actually adapted from a fantasy novel, and one of his personalities is basically a Marvel/Sony-style superhero with a Chinese twist. And as long as Jin’an has amnesia, his fights are gonna be like that.
