Actually, his foolish act made me curious as to how he gained the coveted title of The Grand Tutor. To reach so high in the imperial/aristocratic hierarchy....one either has to be extremely faithful, sharp and favoured...or full of schemes, tricks and years of planning.....or the latter with seemingly looking like being the faithful, favoured and sharp type, which is nothing but a facade...he turned out to be the third type as of episode 5.
