Can someone tell me if I should watch it right from the start or when 2/3rd of the drama has come out, because I've heard this has alot of misunderstandings and angst, which I'm usually not a fan of.

And top of that, she waited outside his house for 15 days straight, rain or sunshine....and then he said all that and then, all of that happened which I shared before.....how is one not supposed to be angry or upset?? It is justified and valid. If she wouldn't have been angry, I would've believed she had no respect for herself. He can't just barge into her life and pretend as if nothing happened!

Excuse me? Like the person you literally trusted and who had the same dream as you, left you to pursue something he doesn't even like, and when you try to stop him or go to him.... you get into this terrible accident, go into a coma, lose your father and then, your ability to walk properly for some time and that person doesn't bother contacting you for the 10-12 years as per what we have seen until ep 2....later that person becomes famous by following the dream, which merely a passing fantasy to him and comes back, meets you and pretends as if nothing happened!!
