I don't remember exactly, but I will say this, she also goes through a lot of change in her personality during the series. it's hard to get past makeovers with lighter skin in east Asian stories like this because it's a beauty standard there rn 🥲

I watched 18 episodes before dropping this. I had such high hopes because the acting and production were good, but it took me that long to understand the terrible direction this drama was heading. I was devastated after the fl and the ml tried to run away and couldn't, and then she was forced to marry the sml. you articulated it so well. the fl is a bit annoying, but I feel like there are so many worse FLs, she wasn't that bad imo, but I agree with everything else you said 100%

he kinda reminds me of Lee Know from Stray Kids for some reason

tbh that's how a lot of male actors in Chinese dramas act, it's hard to get around it

I've seen 16 episodes so far, I watch a lot of romcom Chinese dramas and stuff, and this might be the best one I've seen. it's just so amazing so far

he did such a good job there, I wanted him to be the main actor haha

hidden love is a very wholesome drama with good chemistry, chef hua ais also very wholesome
