I hope they don't nerf them afterwards. Affectionate towards wife is one thing and being Ruthless and strong is other. Often after falling in love, main characters get nerfed and no longer same strong and decisive as they were in ep 1

Someone said it was basic or felt like video game. Well if that defines it then yeah I can proudly say such type of Dramas are up to my liking :D
To me..it felt a bit identical to Burning Flame
Difference is that this was more FL focused and Burning Flames was more ML focused
But both with healthy main relationship.

I think Mo Li lacked Character depth. Giving his character some depth would have made it more outstanding!
The final battle was also a bit underwhelming to me.

Imo DLW deserves more recognisation. She should pick up more Villian role. I liked her as Fu Ling (even though sometimes annoyed) but that proves how much she can act her role!
She was better as Fu Ling.

Yes it was nice one. Definately a rememberable Drama.
Bai Shuo had a good character development. Bai Lu really does pick great scripts! She lives up to the hype.
Fan Yue...oh Fan Yue.. ARP proved himself with this one. A green forest indeed.
Fu ling was a great character too. From getting on my nerves to shedding tears on her death....
The ending still left me confused 🤔 maybe I am a bit dimm... But How did he survive... I lost count how many times he died / had near death experience and boom..back to life!
Tbh I expected more from Demon Lord. It felt like he was nerfed so harddd!!
9/10 -1 for that little emptiness which it left in my heart.
