after watching the last episode! Bcz, there are lot of lose ends! Where is the elder's actual son? That Real Psychopath, in Texas?! The fake psycho need justice, he's my favourite ,idk why, i liked him since starting ;( And what happened to Big mouse's daughter? What why TF is the head nurse so annoying and who's her husband (who's in jail) AND MIHO NEED PROPER ENDING ( bcz i felt nothing when she died, not at all sad! It lacked sadness. And i cried my eyes out, when that psycho died, when he gave the little smile knowing his mom is fine ;(( he'll be favourite character!! I'm fine that she's dead, but I need a proper goodbye, a funeral / recap fo memories of them maybe! And that han's wife, who died, Ig the writer forgot her existed! She deserves more! But Doha's ending felt okay tho, but it won't have been better if he suffered more and died slowly (Even the psycho died unjustly, painfully) Doha deserve more!!!!
Idk, much of medical and Science behind radiation, but miho having stage 4 of cancer after exposed to radiation possible? Idk! And Doha, dying like that, then what About CG ? He's standing near as well! He should be affected as well!
It's so beautiful! I personally liked Dylan's acting, and their chemistry, WOW!!! And XLH's costume were so pretty! I had a soft spot for Daiyi and DFQC's brother, idk why, i liked them so much! And for the first time, i cried during a proposal scene, or moreover i cried most of the time during last 10 episodes XD. Plot wise, everything fine! and they gave the most reasonable reason for someone being cold, it made sense! But still, the whole DRAMA WAS INCREDIBLY AESTHETIC!!!
Why did i complete the drama?? Bcz of handsome faces XD It's one of the drama, i literally started bcz of ml, i haven't seen this guy like forever! I thought childhood sweethearts, University so started it!! But there are lot of problems!
Character wise, Wen Tao is second annoying but in ep 12>>>> and , first is ml and fl! Ml is almost a stalker in starting episode, and kissing her without her consent, and BOY HAVE NO LIFE FOR HIMSELF:( Then our fl, she's not crybaby, but she lack to draw the line, her boundaries, and till the end I felt like yuke is never her priorities, and she is not good enough for him! THIS IS THE COUPLE THAT DESERVE A BREAKUP! But there was no breakup, bcz i thought there'll be a breakup, to make fl understand who she is and who ml has been in her life. And as for ml, he should get his own thoughts, get himself a freaking life, giving up on best universities for love, is trash for me not true love!
Plot wise, WOW, THEY DIDN'T IGNORE COVID!!! The writer/director really need some lessons, it felt like they weren't sure for their plot and add an annoying but cute guy, following fl all time! It's not true love!! That's stalking! And near the end, when she suspected him of cheated, was way too far! They forgot what's consent! First accidental kiss forgiven, then him forcefully kissing her in beach.. okay! But not again!!!
And wen Tao, acts like a mighty God, who gave yuke a chance to be with Lin Lin ! I mean boy you never had a chance, and he's someone who can't take no as an answer!!!!
hello friends, I am looking into starting this drama but I find it hard to stay committed to watching slow burn…
It actually not a slow burn, imo! It's perfectly paced! In the first 15 episodes it focus on them and the game. And then later, it's on them, completely THEM!! So Try it :)
8.2?? No way!! Maybe since it's a 2017 drama, but last 4 episode literally didn't appeal! And it was slow, i literally ended up watching it 2x and ml look much better in modern, sorry him in long hair and this costumes didn't work for me! And i found Yi Huai handsome, but not his clothes, and he look way too handsome as royal grandpa (im in love with grandpa ;) and our fl, good in acting. But her attitude went from 'Dont you dare mess with me' to 'love over life', i seriously hate it! So, it was roughly 6.5 for me.
