i literally cant understand people who find it boring, i mean i just rewatched it for the 6th time, and i still find it perfect!!!!! it's super realistic, atleast imo!!! duh! maybe not everyone is gonna date a celebrity but his character shows reality and his struggles, his family situations!! he is not cold, and he's not overbearing CEO, doesn't treat fl like trash, He is like us, scared of future', scared of regret, scared of not being good enough! HE MAKE ME SEE MYSELF! DUH! And their love story have some cliche but still stands out unique!!!
Some say it's slow paced, but it's perfectly paced for me! Thinking of the facts, He act like a NORMAL PERSON! So JUST GO AND WATCH IT!!!
And it's a clear cut 10 for me, literally for characters, their acting, the OSTs, the chemistry, the PLOT, the details, the resembles of real life!
That was a great watch for me! As someone who was craving for sweet romcom, it worked. And i love the ML! He's seriously handsome. This plot could have been made into 20-24 episode drama, with many improvement, it felt like many scene were cut, still the feelings lingered in, so it would have worked still. And again, the ml! he look like he is son of Yeojun and ding yuxi! And His side profile is literally Ding yuxi!!!
I would have rated it 9 (very rare for me) but didn't bcz of lack of skinship/kiss, just the fact how good kissers Bai lu and Xu Kai are.. it's drives me crazy!! Even though gu Yan Zhen stole the show, every character made it more interesting! And a shoutout to Shen tingbai!!! He stole my heart!
A good watch ! 7.7 is so underrating. It clearly deserve a 8+ rating. A clear 8 for me! I would have given a 9, of they have given a different title. Bcz i thought it was thriller, but first 8 episode didn't have any thriller vibe, it had much like business drama vibe. And Steven did amazing job, and who was his stylist!!!! I mean let him do styling for Steven forever!!! And i became a fan of his little pony tail!!

And i thought of dropping it in 16th episode, bcz i was tired of his behaviour, being irresponsible towards his job, being unprofessional, going all like love over everything. And her acting like she doesn't know what will happen if a idol is involved in dating scandal, like seriously?? I literally thought I'll rate it 5.5 or 6. But at the end, i liked the villian, he's so freaking hot!! Also, i liked how he didn't turn good at last moment! And the last 4 episode literally have my mind, the ml had a good character development! So i don't regret watching it.
Why her! It's literally about her vs chairman Choi. And clearly Gong Chan and Yoon Sang were added to increase popularity and hype. Too much evil stuff. And Chairman Choi committing suicide at end didn't do justice and leaving loose ends about what happened to their sons (3 of them)? And killing that child was literally unnecessary! So, I've rated it 7.5
THIS IS OVERRATED, Seriously a 8.7! For this drama!!! attack me whatever, idc!!! Bcz it's OVERRATED!!! It's just a cliche, all cliche together!! And literally throw you brain out, before watching this drama!! LITERALLY NOTHING NEW! Rich-Poor, Fake identity, better second couple, rushed ending!!!
IMO, IF U HAVE LOT OF FREE TIME, GIVE IT A TRY!! if not it's not worth it!!!
I'm sucha lover of noona romance, but didn't work for me!! If u wanna watch older woman/younger man! Try find yourself (literally super annoying second male lead but reality) and/or the rational life (please, my love, wang hedi has my heart)
IT WOULD BE BETTER OFF AS 24 EPISODES!!!! I don't feel the 'best chemistry' which everyone is saying in comment, i mean, i don't see when, how they fell in love! When she fell in love with him?!!! I hate this think of romanticising in childhood, like when did he fall in love?!! Since childhood?!! Was he 5 then?!!! I'm literally off with the plot of step siblings (anyways it's much better than Sweet First love), and too slow. Like i ended up watch episode in 2x and 3x ... I love FL's bf! She's so cool! And ml's boss's kid, so cute!! I didn't watch k version, its my second drama for ml and first for fl! As she didn't look old for him! Her outfits are neat, but way too short, like she's manager, i would have loved to see outfits much like bailu wore in love is sweet!!! Her bf's outfits are BOMB!! And ml had his first screen kiss, right!!!! Much better kisser than i thought, but director didn't use it! Many kiss were like peck morelike, wait let my lip touch yours for a second... OST was good, there was one English song ig (atleast it had English lyrics) is was so soothing! Many little things were beautiful, but together didn't work for me! Will never recommend it to anyone! Giving it a 7.5 (bcz i loved the last 20 mins in last episode,l) felt much like a good closure!! If not, i would have rated it much less
I still can't beleive this drama has 8.1 rating!!! Like seriously!!!! Ml has lot of red flags!! It's too teen-ish!! I watched this drama in 2020 but nvm, I'll Atleast never recommend it to anyone
