Really like this drama. Started it without expectations and have been very pleased I did. What a touching actress and gorgeous woman this Ms. Kim. My first time seeing her in a show.
There's a dialogue in DNA Lover that goes something like, "I shouldn't like her, but I do" and that pretty much…
("I shouldn't like her, but I do" and that pretty much summarizes my exact experience with this show so far lmao xD)
So with you on this. I can’t figure it out either! Maybe is in MY DNA to fall for unbelievably silly plots, raging overacting, bad hairstyles and footwear choices for female leads (?), or…what? Well, bring on the next episode! Please, Do Not Answer.
This is REALLY a cute show that has gotten better with each episode. Don’t miss it because of the bad mouthing below from the usual impatient horde. It’s an 8+ watch.
One of those shows that begins so terribly, hopelessly bad—on all fronts—that, after 10 minutes of episode 1, one of my fingers went quickly in search of the cancel button. However, my finger was still sitting there as episode 2 concluded. Go figure! (Awaiting episode 3 with twitching finger.)
My third rewatch. Not a dud episode among the 16. Fantastic series! Full of humor and great messages. The whole cast is spectacular. Watch it for a great time.
This boy is a phenomenal bad-ass! (Mr. Cruise sucks on a pacifier compared to this guy.) The range and variety of Namkoong’s roles is staggering and his adoption of each character’s personality is complete. I’m watching everything by him I can locate and would recommend the same to those (few, I’m guessing) who have not discovered his acting.
By any chance: did he and Jeon Do Yeon ever do a show together? I can only imagine the thrill of that partnership if the story was worthy of the partnership.
The dear boy gets whacked senseless with a piece of wood, absorbs countless fists to the gut…gets hit by a car(!)…and then walks away with only a small bandage on his head. I love this guy! (I wish real life had a bit of k-drama in it.)
