I was thinking: Why would a director or writer sabotage a show that was soaring in success and story-telling by shoehorning the recent two females into the story, in particular the fiancé? Doesn’t make sense until one considers that the decision hadn’t been made by them but was “dumped” on them by interested parties “above” (executives). Maybe, favors/promises that needed to be returned/kept?
In a show full of home runs, it’s understandable when there is a strikeout sometimes. Frankly, the last 2 episodes felt more like a rain delay than a strikeout.
7 is not bad. its those other titles on here that needs to be knocked down 2-3 points down especially 90% of kdrama…
Of course. A rating of “7” after 2 of 12 episodes. Let the knocking down begin, I say or, sorry, let it continue. (Damn, forgot where I left my hammer.)
We understand that some fans of PMR are unhappy with the success of MMH and feel the need to express their dissatisfaction…
Pukka: Thank you. A civilized post for the uncivilized world of the internet. Although, the constant mention/attention of PMR on this thread is precisely what the paid actors are after. The best course of action is to allow them to vent—with their own—and the rest to simply ignore them.

As it’s generally accepted in SK’s entertainment swamp, the (ahem) interested parties from competing telecasts send out their poison troops to tilt the playing field. Ratings have become totally meaningless.
Ahh, the brilliance of these writers/producers! They’ve fixed and perfected what the majority of these revenge tales do wrong. Usually, viewers have had to sit, tolerate, curse at the screen, and await the eventual retributions for wrongs inflicted towards the very end of the series. This one is a pay-as-you-go! Now, not later. Screw with me, I screw back. Now! This emotional ying-yang keeps one hooked immediately, also the actors are perfect in their roles.
My one wish, though, is that the cancer business does not return to the story line. If it does, let it be in remission…for any of the characters. I have not read the webtoon or, by the way, any webtoons so I’m not aware if the story goes against my better wishes above.
The immolation has concluded over at “My Demon” so now… They’re Heeeere! Just promise that no living trees will be hurt when collecting the bonfire wood for this one.
What a great time watching this. So many good actors! (Surprised that the good folks from the Trope Police haven’t made their presence felt here yet. Probably still over at “My Demon” trying to burn the place down.)
I just read this on MDL: “Marry My Husband is almost halfway through its run.” Really? Who enjoys dishing out depressing information like this? Stop it. Ok! Stop! (Wish it was one of those Chinese series that goes on for…what?…200-300 episodes…and first kiss is at episode 231.)
Too fast, too fast! What’s going on? Episodes 7 & 8 just flew by. (Damn, this drama is interesting.) The type-casting is phenomenal: from the easy-to-love to the easy-to-hate. Ms. Song, in particular, plays her role effortlessly witchy (yes, not a “b”).
Oh, that “first proposal” cake! Phenomenally pitiful.
Huh?

Thank you for the recommendation!

Welcome!
