Watch activates when Seon Jae dies, he happened to die around 12am the first 2 times in 2023. It just so happened to be daytime in 2009 when he passed away.
There was a clip going around on Twitter regarding the dream Seon Jae has in EP 14. When he's swimming and sees Im Sol falling further down and he's not able to reach her.
They said that if you look closely you can see that someone else jumped into the river behind him
BUT if that is true then...
I don't think someone else jumped in to the river but rather FELL! AND ITS NONE OTHER THAN SEON JAE - from when he fell off the cliff!
He wasn't only dreaming of the time that Im Sol fell into the river, but also when he fell. A merge of the two timelines in the past!
For the last 2 episodes, I really want to know what's the motivation behind KYS for always targeting SunJae is…
2023 its because Seon Jae saved Im sol from getting kidnapped and sending the serial killer in jail in 2009.
In 2009 I'm pretty certain that after Seon Jae recognized him and chased him down. And Im pretty damn sure that Seon Jae purposefully lured the serial as away from Im Sol as possible...i.e the cliff.
I think if Sols grandma remembers all of the timelines then that could be proof that its possible for Seon Jae to gain memories of them as well.
Forshadowing and reassurance of sorts if you will.
I'm not fully convinced she has anything other role to play in terms of time travel though.
I'm am A BIT convinced that we MIGHT get ANOTHER RESET.
But this time, 19 year old Sol (not 34 tear old Sol in 19 year old Sols body) and 19 year old are actually going to connect and date in the past and then get married in 2023/2024. So this time there won't be any waiting for either of them for 15 years. It'd be continuous.
