Okay so after seeing the bromace between Seon Jae and Tae Sung, I'm even more convinced that the trio (SolJae and Tae Sung) are going to come up with a plan to catch the serial killer.

Is going to have to change some things around so that Seon Jae is still part of Eclipse. I was worried in yesterday's episode when she mentioned that Seon Jae in the original time missed college because of his debute. And looks like i was right, she altered the timeline so that Seon Jae for now isnt part of Eclipse anymore. I wonder if this means that maybe he'll only become an actor? And not an idol/actor? Either way, Im Sol is going to have to do some more tweaking to get some of the things back into place. It was hinted in todays episode that Seon Jae does actually have a liking for film and music.

He killed other ppl before he eventually targeted Sol. He targeted her when he bumped into her and got her phone. At this point he's fixated on killing her (and Seon Jae) because Sol got away with Seon Jae's help. When serial killers aren't able to kill their victims it drives them crazy.
1. Seon Jae didn't die this time - he's just severely injured. SO the future has changed quite dramatically for Seon Jae. This means that with a bit more tweaking from Sol in 2009, she and Seon Jae can avoid the incident of 2024 entirely. I know people keep going back to what Im Geum said about "if you gain something you loose something else" BUT I think that was just in reference to him loosing out on acting because he had children soon after college. Technically speaking, Sol didn't really loose anything when she changed the future - she and Seon Jae were able to successfully reconnect and "date" - albeit it lasted only few hours. She did gain something though - Seon Jae isn't dead in the future anymore.
2. The May 10th 2009 incident happened between 12-1am. We know that Im Sol's grandma had the time travel watch. Seon Jae's watch is still missing after the events of May 2009 - assuming there's still 2 instances of the watch - he was wearing it at the time of the original 2009 incident while Sol was not wearing the watch. Im Sol is however wearing the watch in the leaked photos of SolJae in their college era (the one where they're holding hands) - she also has it on while being chased by the taxi driver in the alt 2009 timeline.
Theres no indication of the taxi driver having the watch at any point in time.
3. Looks like Seon Jae will record 'Sudden Showers' before deciding to go to the States. He most likely won't be able to go because he'll have to stay back for the competition OR an incident with Sol makes him stay back.
4. I think were going to get some sort of track where Im Sol will have to convice Seon Jae to join the band. According to the original timeline, Eclipse debuted in 2009 and Seon Jae missed Uni/College because of it. As Im Sol noted this episode, she was focused on the wrong thing - about Seon Jae commiting suicide because he was depressed of all the hate he was getting. I think she'll have to sort that out in this timeline as well.
5. While Im Geum and Hyun Joo don't regret getting married and having kids, Im Sol has the chance to change the future so that even though the 2 of them get together, they still pursue their respective careers first before getting married and having kids right away. She won't be changing their future entirely, just altering it enough to benefit them.
6. The May 10th 2009 incident this time around will be a set up. It might not happen at an abandoned building this time - Sol took an alt route last time to avoid the incident - she may do the same this time around as well. Im Sol's clothes aren't the same from when she's reading Seon Jae's statements about the events vs the preview for EP 10 where she's being chased by a car. They could be 2 separate incidents.

People had a similar reaction with Tae Sung. But when Im Sol broke it off with him he let her go instead of being presistant. His interactions are quite funny with Im Sol so people dont mind.
