If episodes 11 and 12 were any indicators I think Yul, regardless of his feelings for Naksu, gives Jang Uk and Mu Deok/Naksu space. Hopefully, he stays that way. I would hate it if he became annoying and starts to force or pressure My Doek/ Naksu about his feelings.

I honestly don't mind it, Yul isn't annoying like others from other KDramas. He's a good contrast against Jang Uk. Yul is smart and an overall "good guy". Very by the book. and for the most part thinks with his brain. Our Jang Uk on the other is chaotic. He's charming and emotional and likes to challenge the "norm". Of course I'll fall for Jang Uk every time. But I don't mind Yul in the love triangle.
I was wondering why everyone was suddenly obsessing over why our ML and FL haven't kissed yet. I just finished watching EAW and now I get it 😂 Hahaha I just don't think our leads are there yet! Let's have some faith and patience in them ❤️

It might be hinting at Naksu returning to her body near the end of season 1. I know there's a theory going around that the AoS that we see in episode might actually be the second Mu Deok and Naksu are shifting souls but I disagree.

I think it was shown that Jin Mu just let's them feed on a human's body to prevent those that are incompatible with the body they shifted into.
As for Gil Ju, an injury can cause a shifted soul to petrify. That why he wanted to go to the Palace for the ice stone so that it can unpetrify him.
The Queen's eunuch knows that the ice stone can keep you from petrifying. But as we saw in the last episode, the "Queen" doesn't allow that. So the eunuch just feed off human energies.
As for My Deok/Naksu not petrifying, well it looks like But Yeon and the ice stone are protecting her. Otherwise she would have petrified when they punished her for poisoning Jang Uk in Episodes 2-3.
I'm seeing a lot of people on Twitter and Tumblr complaining that there should have been a kiss at the end of episode 12. And I'm like how? If someone is scared and terrified, how is a kiss the answer? You need to be comforted at a time like that. And a hug does just that! Also! That would be so out of character for the two! Jang Uk would definitely want that to be a special moment and Mu Deok/Naksu is still trying to come to terms with her feelings...it wouldn't make sense to have a kiss between them just yet.
