Why should we only count december accounts when the phenomenon became worse and worse since this Summer?You can't take a 'consequence' trying to understand and explain it, if you don't take the whole picture. Take all the negative comments then, check the posting date and the account creation date of the last months (different pages). Check all the top ranked dramas to verify accounts that rated recently. Half of the accounts on another top ranked kdrama page were from Nov / Dec. Personally, I can understand better people who love a drama and create accounts to rate it high or compliment (Any DRAMA) than people who create account to comment on things they don't watch, or downvote... This doesn't do harm to a drama, (a drama does not get better or worse because of this), but it does give a very bad image to the whole community... If you do reply, reply with facts.. List of the accounts that were created to compliment a drama, and then I'll post here the list of the accounts that were created to do the opposite.

I can't remember which year (when the Innocent Man Aired), I watched the Awards ceremony in korean (translating what I could see on the screen), to make sure Song Joong Ki got the best actor award (and he did!)... I absolutely loved him in that role and since then have watched the drama at least 3 times.. Yet, I absolutely disliked Arthdal... And if I was asked if I'd recommend it, I'd have to say no, and advise to watch the other SKJ dramas...
It's not because you are 'fan' of an actor, that you are going to recommend all his or her shows.And the same is going to be for 20 other actors I really like but wouldn't recommend their last dramas...
I love Yibo. I do!!!!! But recommending this drama won't be BECAUSE of that...
I have only watched 6 episodes so far, so I certainly won't write a review, but I LIKE it and would recommend to anyone to give it a try based on what I have seen... Of course, I prefer recommending or not, after I see the drama fully...
Those who are here to check for recommendations, I'll suggest checking the 'accounts' to make sure you are getting 'genuine' recommendations and aren't reading posts from fake accounts... Or, from people who have started this nonsensical kdrama versus cdrama battle on mdl...
Just take a second to consult the account creation date, the list and then decide whether you should consider the opinion or not... Don't let people who watch dramas for any reasons other than for the drama itself ruin anything for you...
Excellent Start! Hooked and wanting to binge-watch... Beautiful scenery by the way, the martial arts is nicely choreographed, and I love the OST... Not commenting on the incredible Yibo yet:) Only three episodes watched so far...The romance is promising:) ❤️

Let me bring an example. You've rated love in the moonlight 10 for example. For me, if I have to be really honest, it'd be below 5 as a drama. And I said before I am a Park Bo Gum Fan. The whole drama took place in the courtyard of the prince, and the only thing to watch it for were some cute scenes before the leads.. This isn't what I'd call a good drama... Not remotely... You have to know that I don't even know the general rating about that drama though, because I don't care about it... What I do care about, is that another viewer is stating to judge 'why others like this or that', without understanding that others can do the same.
If I don't express my opinions as to 'why you like this or that show', I think I can expect the same from others. I am not speaking of YOUR opinion.. I am speaking of your judgement about other viewers... I just don't understand why is it so important to prove that this drama or another is or isn't the best? Dramas should be watched and appreciated for what they have to offer. Even though we are rating them, they aren't in competition with each other? Do you think another drama is better. Good for you! Then you have 2 things to watch. And if you recommend your other favourite to me, I'll gladly watch it.
:))) I actually remember of a few dramas in my life where I was rooting for the 2nd guy, or that I watched more for the 2nd lead. The 2005 My Girl with Lee Jun Ki (it was just not credible she would choose someone else over LJK:))), and I discovered Song Joong Ki when watching Sungkyunkwan scandal and my attention was more on him than anyone else... Or when I first saw Park Bo Gum in a secondary role... But these dramas have not been many... And when Ji Chong appeared, I realized immediately, even if I didn't know XZ, I'd fall immediately under the charm:) Even though, of course knowing an actor from a role, always affects how you see him in another... This is an undeniable fact... But the best compliment I am going to do is that you forget any of the characters you've seen him play, because you are just watching another... Rare are the actors that have a transformation talent... I can't wait to watch the continuation:)...
I'll write this real quick. Best? No idea... Because I don't care about stuff like that when I am watching a drama. Still watching episode 19. Better (so far) than 95 percent of top rated dramas on MDL? Definitely!
Actors being loved have nothing to do with this opinion. I love lee jun ki (since 2013)... One of my most favourite actors ever... I love Song jung ki, park bo gum, choi daniel, song seung hyun, and I'll write 10 other names if you'd like, because I have been a huge kdrama fan before ever becoming a cdrama fan. I think they are excellent actors. However, I haven't been able to watch any of their latest dramas. And thought whatever I did watch, was really bad... They weren't... The dramas were.
I don't understand this constant need to compare dramas with each other, explain' why other people love this or that... Why this is popular and not that... Seems like we do not see the same thing under feature trailers. As I said, though, this isn't the issue. I was trying to explain that one way or another MDL does 'feature' dramas... I don't want to comment on anything being intentional, since I can't answer for other people's posts... Personally, I don't see any reason for it.
I am a little confused though about the issue with the 'limitation to 12 drama's. I thought the drama didn't show on the page because it was 'completed' and not because there is a limitation... Because these are different things. If A drama doesn't show because of a limitation, then I can understand that fans can ask questions about why certain and not other... This is understandable. If the issue is the drama being already completed, then I am having a hard time to understand as why it could still not show in 'starting this week' or 'ending this week'. After all the section header doesn't say 'currently' airing, but only speaks of the week... Is it because it was released on a weekend and the week was over. To be frank, I didn't follow this part... How about dramas that will have only 4 episodes for example? Won't they show in 'starting this week'?
I can only write what my logic tells me... If a drama has already been exposed on the front page in 'starting this week", then if it doesn't appear within 'ending this week', this shouldn't be a big issue... But if a show doesn't get any exposure neither in any of these sections, then I can see why fans waiting for the drama can be displeased...
Also, personally, I think that if guidelines do not 'cover' all cases, then they can be revised or made more flexible... This is what is going to continually improve the site... Of course, this is MDL's decision, but the suggestions can also come from the fans... MDL has always encouraged suggestions...

By featured trailers, I mean 'featured trailers' (about 8 of them) showing right now on the left side of my screen:) About king's avatar... Was it the only show from tencent available in europe? I am not speaking about mdl being an official promoter... but if one thing appears on a page every day, this is a PUBLICITY too... However, this is not the issue here.
Noone here, neither the person who wrote, nor I, are speaking of any preferential treatment... I am speaking of ANY Drama, with ANY actor (whether I like them or not:), that aired, currently airs, or will air one day, and not 'show'on the main page. And I am speaking of merely informing and not promoting... Isn't this one of mdl's main purposes? Providing detailed and accurate information? If the current configuration does not allow to do it, then this should only be taken as suggestions from viewers, that one of the features on this page can be improved...
Not to continue the discussion here for any longer, if I find time, will and courage one of these days, I'll writ to MDL... I have a few suggestions and comments I've been wanting to submit for a while now... Thanks!

I've never waited for any drama, like I am waiting for XZ new dramas... And I've never constantly watched an Actor's same drama and shows for more than a year, while waiting for the new ones... But then again, there's nothing surprising. Since it's XZ...
