Well, it was hinted in the official trailer of the drama. And i do think its her father that did something. As for if she has any part in it, there was a scene with her going through some files on a laptop and then next scene was ML getting everything in his company taken. But we shall see what exactly happened in the upcoming episodes.

In the trailer, it is hinted she and/or her father had to do with the ML's bankrupt. She probably left him as she felt guilty.
