Love Story in the 1970s is a gem! I almost dropped it in Ep1 because I thought the setting would bother me. But the story and characters are so well written, it has lots of funny moments, heartwarming moments and also bitingly criticises the system that was in place then. It has a surprisingly independent feel.

But I feel these are all purely idol actors. Chen Fei Yu is also an idol actor but not only. He does many movies and also dramas that are not only idol, like EN and LS1970s. A bit like Li Landy. I hope Arthur gets the chance to move more and more away from idol dramas and can also get into directing.
