About criticising her lack of skill at work in the beginning, I don’t see that as a red flag behaviour because to me a red flag means with regard to the love interest and at that time she was not his love interest. Of course it’s negative behaviour on his side but it lasted for seemingly 5 minutes of their lives and I‘m sure there’s way worse out there in a corporate environment. For everything else, maybe I cannot see the red flag because it’s so overly obvious that she’s his one and only right from the beginning. 😄 Agreed, of course fiction is different from real life. But in this case here I‘d still be running in his direction 😂

Also first drawing the line and then sitting in front of his door at night to get the files - how’s that supposed to come off as professional? Both characters are flawed and handled the situation according to their flaws and concerns. The bag was a bad idea but that was obviously what he learnt in the past, that women will be happy if they receive a designer bag. Of course it’s bad writing, because he realised that FL is different yet he believed she would react like the women from his past.
