My point is the OP use the drama event, throwing of the book of etiquettes, to label XW as a feminist. Then use a book event to shun that label, trying to make us hate drama XW. That likes saying Spider-Man on earth 79 responsible for whatever Spider-Man on earth 54 is doing š
They would not want him to have the throne anyway, because it likes they work so hard just to have half of their…
XW has both Yan and Xue blood in him. The Xue hates the Yan, no way they will have their archenemiesās offspring get to sit on the throne they fight so hard for. The same reason why the empress dowager wants her family on the throne even though her son is already on the throne š thatās because her son isnāt a pure Xue
I think he did great. I canāt think of anyone who would do it better. No offend but his chiseled jaw is the…
My point is his look suited the dark/grey character well. Heās tall, but slender. His face features exhibit both soft (thick lips) and hard (that jaw line š¤) features
Ik it! Ik the Empress was the one who pushed XW out. No way a 7-9 year old boy is going out to save everyone.…

Although i understand the more popular actors are, the more criticism they would invite. As roles are perceived…
I think he did great. I canāt think of anyone who would do it better. No offend but his chiseled jaw is the sharpest in cdrama land, and he can do deadly stare so well. I enjoy his performance and canāt wait to see more of him!
Because she generates hype even though 50% of her shows are trash :/
lol, itās not my opinions, itās douban and cnetzās opinion? You look at her series, and some has high score and some pretty bad. And the bad one, while having decent rating, were having articles criticised it left and right š
She wonāt fall in love with him easily. To her, he is her killer. She trust him with YL stuff and strategies…
I would say if you havenāt read the book yet, then donāt. While the drama does follow the book, the way it tells the story will make how you see the characters quite differently than the book. So far, ML isnāt treated as SML or TML. He is very much the ML. From ep1 until now, his interactions with FL outweighed others, their relationship is being build slowly but with good foundation. You canāt take what happen in the book as how it might happen in the drama because it might not even made it to the drama or it might get changed. Watch the drama for what it is, and not what the book is (if you were not the book fans)
you are nobody if you have no military power and no where near to the throne. Prince and princess are respected…
That coward who slapped JXN also hold some ranks and is controlling the royal guards? So technically, heās of higher ranking than them. Plus all the other reasons listed above

Dude, Iām not defending any rape. You are the one that raising the concern, and Iām saying Iām still reading, havenāt made up my mind yet, because I havenāt got there, so how is not yet making up my mind because of lack of evidence is defending rape? š I asked who labeled XW as a feminist? So far, you were the only one that keep going about heās a feminist but heās not because he rapes NingāEr. So I asked you is this feminist label come from the book reader or from the drama watchers? Because if you used the dramaās event, the throwing of book of etiquette, as a reason why ppl called him a feminist, then you use the book event, she got rape by him, as the reason to shun him, then your whole argument is moot š

I rewind a few chapters and still reading. I havenāt got to that rape part you mentioned yet. So far, itās their first night at the enemy camp, and he asked her to moan, n then it turned to teasing. Will continue to read. Question: does he do anything in the novel that make readers say heās a feminist? Where is this feminist come from? Viewers who watch the drama?

Well, you can be a feminist, at the same time, you can be weak against your love interest, who is hot, laying next to you, and moaning? Any healthy men would get turn on? So Iām reading it, and she kinda teasing him lawl. I wouldnāt call flirting, but in a sense, sheās teasing him knowingly. And he is trying to hold himself, but couldnāt. Havenāt got to the other part, so remain to be seen. But up to this point, he didnāt act that out of bounds. Heās not perfect, and never was a perfect character, but if heās trying, shouldnāt we applaud that?
