I actually love ZLH in here lol, and this is my first drama seeing him. I love LYX, but ZLH and BL pairing is very good still and just as smouldering lol. I also think his acting is great as XW :)

I might have not written it very clear, but yes to what you said. My point was because he has a backup who was pregnant at the time, he can afford to lose the son whom he doesn’t care about. And as the latest episode shown, he doesn’t care that much for his current son either

I think I tried the one with gulinazha, and she can’t act so that was ship sinking after 2eps lol. I opened WOL, I think I watch half of ep1? But for some reason I couldn’t care for anything so I’ll leave it until maybe I pass short clips of it and if those pique my interests. (So far, short clips of LIP is failing for me :/)

Because he frankly doesn’t care for his son. It seems XW’s parents fight a lot, and so he spent a lot of time at the Yan’s, and his uncle is actually the one doing the dad’s role: punish him for being naughty, but try to talk and understand his actions, as well as protecting him. Also his dad was too busy fooling with his concubine (who is only being married into his house after XDF die), and that concubine was also pregnant.

She did said in the drama she didn’t know how it happened. The events within the ceremony that lead to the massacre, that’s why she was very careful at reacting during that party. Rather getting a slap than make a fuss out of it, she kept holding YL’s arms to try calming him down
