I just started the novel, and while the writing style isn't really my cup of tea, I am thoroughly entertained! I'm already getting some clarity on everyone's characters and it's so fun. Gap is my favorite so far😌 but of course, it's Big Jane who has my interest🤭🖤 also, Little Jane's baggy clothes make a lot more sense now😆

I agree!! And everyone throwing it in his face that he's ungrateful for all that the palace has done for him just piss me off. Does that mean he should just be blindly loyal and not question anything? Especially growing up with Chat's nonsense and knowing that if he wasn't as smart as he was, he and his mom would have struggled/ have very limited options beyond the palace😔 He stuck to his ideals even though he knew it would cost him and I'm glad he didn't deny it when Tinn asked him whether he'd do it again if he could go back in time😥

Can't stop thinking about how Fanfan basically told Luqing that he was only with him because he was the lesser of two...or maybe three??...evils and I am proud of my baby girl😝 I wish I could do a whole analysis but I am too lazy for all that😭

Ehhh this is sooo cute, I love big cry babies and their smaller mean partners🤣 it gets me every time. I don't know what it is about the small town trope but it eats! This gives me hope that one day we may get an Our Sunny Days adaptation and that makes me happy😭

Gurllll Xiao Ping makes a stupid mistake with the stocks and loses allll of the money he got to invest aka the 100k!! He comes crying to his mom and the whole family is there at dinner (including the Beis) and Luqing basically makes them sell Fanfan for the 100k to cover their losses as long as they cut all contact with Fanfan and leave him alone. But wait! FanFan also chooses to leave Luqing and the Beis, instead he's going abroad to France!! Then we see the stocks crashing and I'm not too sure but it looked like Luqing and Ziyang lost a lot of money😌 But Luqing suspects that Fanfan traded info about him because he tries to contact him but Fanfan is already gone🤌🤣🤣 It looked like Fanfan got his old roommate from school to secretly invest in the stocks Luqing was talking about for him and now he's rich!! with his friend!! on the way/in France😌😝😆😆 I didn't understand a lot and I missed some stuff but that's what got meh😭 I still have to wait for the translation to enjoy properly!
