Lots of people die from influenza or related causes. It's not another disease that could create a pandemic. It already has. It's been around since at least 1580 which was the earliest recorded flu pandemic.
Have you heard of the Spanish flu? That pandemic was from 1918-1920, infected an estimated 500 million people (one third of the world's population at the time) and killed an estimated 25–50 million people, possibly higher.

What I did find are some interesting Redditt subs where Shen Li could have a good time arguing with people who don't think ZLY is all that. (For the record I have never seen ZLY in any drama and know virtually nothing about her so have no opinion one way or the other on what she's like.)

If she hasn't spoken publicly about these actresses then you don't know her opinions on them and therefore you're not helping her extend the truth to anyone. If she's any kind of decent person she would be ashamed to have you as a fan.

I think you're right that the default is Female for gender as I didn't list my gender and I just checked and it says Female. But when you said "I am actually a guy" in your comment it makes sense that one would believe you mean you are male.
