Luo Yan has a really sad story as he was never accepted into the family because he was an illegitimate son. So he was always the one going against the family and trying to become the head of the company, but An Hang always got the best of him.
Luo Yan loved Lin Lu but couldn't be with her because she was his grandmother's companion and not good enough. But as the story progressed towards the end An Hang made overtures of brotherly love towards Luo Yan and they cooperated to defeat the ones who were trying to take over. And the grandmother eventually accepted him into the family and he and Lin Lu got to be together. (I was really happy about this, because I really like Guo Jia Nan and wanted to see him turn from being a bad guy. Plus he looks gorgeous in suits!)
I thought this was a really fun drama so I hope you continue and like it as well.

Too funny! I wonder if this drama increased the revenue for the app? The drama's production was better than most vertical dramas so I hope they got a good return on investment. Also thanks for subbing it!

Thanks for that info. Do you know why it says here that ep 10 is airing tonight? Or why it says there are 26 episodes? The disparity between what's listed on MDL and what you say Douyin has is what's confusing me.
I liked this one. It was so OTT trashy! I'm surprised the 2FL didn' t have a stroke with her constant rages. ML looks a little like Liu Xue Yi at times. He was in A Lucid Dream, which I loved. And the FL was in Romantic Sleeping Guide, one of the funniest silly dramas I've watched.
That's true. I'm just going by the timeline when his brother died, which was ten years ago. His younger self in the flashbacks seems to be around eight, which would make hi 18 now, but he doesn't look that. I wish they would be more explicit about how old he is.
