There is also another character who is Deng Wei's character's brother who goes after her, but he is not considered in the harem since he doesn't have pure love for her and only approached her with malicious intentions.

If they follow the the novel, then she ends up with Deng Wei's character, Tan Jianci's character dies at the end and Zhang Wanyi's character is forever alone with his harem of ladies (alone since he doesn't love any of them).

I don't think they are even a bit similar to each other... Even when Yukee worked with Yang Zi in AOL they didn't even looked similar at all... And Cheng Yi doesn't even look skinny like Luo Yunxi...

If you have watched Ashes of Love (Yang Zi's another drama) then you might know them... Yukee Chen (Chinese name Chen Yuqi) plays the role of demon princess Liu Ying and Leo Luo (Chinese name Luo Yunxi) plays the role of first prince and also the main antagonist of the drama Run Yu... These two again worked together in another drama 'And the winner is love'...

Don't do it... It might look bad now but the misunderstanding won't last long...

They are not that much annoying and they have very little screen time...

Excuse me? I just want to ask one question. You said that Yang Zi acting a character which is 4 years younger than her real age (she was 26 when she acted as LZX and that character is 22) is not convincing but you never said that Xiao Zhan acting a character which is 4 years older than him (he was 27 when he acted as GW and that character is 31). Xiao Zhan wasn't even looking like a 31 year old man. There are actors who are a lot older and more skilled actors who could have played the ML. Also it wouldn't have been a problem to Yang Zi since she can form CP with anyone. If you like Zhao Lusi and you are shipping her with Xiao Zhan than you can and no one is stopping you. But simply telling that she would be a better LZX then you are trying to compare both of them. Though Zhao Lusi is a good actress and is now improving a lot, but her acting skills can't compare to Yang Zi yet. Also even if Zhao Lusi was casted as LZX, she would have looked older too with the dressing of the FL since this is actually how the character was designed. Plus, even if Zhao Lusi forms CP with Xiao Zhan, there are other factors too like forming a parental bond with Mr and Mrs Lin, showing emotions etc, which is still not much delivered by her in her overall dramas. Maybe in the future she might be able to do it, but right now it's not her cup of tea.

I don't think it's irritating especially in episode 2... It's us viewers who knows that the ML is good, but she doesn't... He is literally a stranger to her... We don't go doctors about whom we have heard bad things... Plus he is not even her father's attending doctor so how could she quickly believe him... Also she has the right to consult other doctors too... So how is this irritating and childish?
