I started RTS but idk why I just couldn't connect with it so dropped it. Nothing wrong with the drama just my preference might not match 😅 As for POJ I liked the soft snow scenes alot and also I try to measure a drama by how I felt about it when it was ongoing and it was same as ATC I tried to watch asap the ep was released so really loved it 🤣Also had high hopes for TRB but kinda flopped in between or we could have 3 in here 🥲
Just saw the new airing schedule so we r going to 1 ep/day from tomorrow that too not even getting 1 ep on wednesday?? 😭😭😭 then we also might have the express on next monday at this point they can just kill me I can't get enough to watch in coming week then I won't have enough time to binge watch the express in next to next week since it is probably on monday. 😭😭

exactly it is the first cdrama for a lot of people including me so it holds alot of value for us plus the comfort we get going back to rewatch it multiple times.
Ep 28 is so satisfying LJQ constantly trying to make XLX feel better lol running around, carrying her stuff even bumping around. But, the only thing he gets back is eye rolls and comments like u r so shameless lol 🤣🤣 Love the explanation LJQ's mom came up with to help XLX in front of the grandparents. This is something I really like about her even though she feels sad and wronged she still tries to help them. Also, as the marquis said love the bond between lin siblings and cousins be it legitimate or illegitimate they get along well like real siblings and that makes it so wholesome we rarely see all of the bro's and sis's good in a historical drama. Lastly jiugao looks so pretty again in female attire in starting Nanke is still reluctantly tolerating him. But after everyone starts to judge him and he says that finally atleast he won't have to get a wife in Jinling poor Nanke is half scared for not being able to find a wife as well. While jiugao is similar to his master wanting a decree to marry yuchan but he saw the consequences and is reluctant now rofl 😭🤣

Fr she's lowkey both frustrated and helpless having no say in her son's choice even though she usually cover's up for him in difficult situations but this one is different. Hope she will indulge XLX more and take her side as a way to take out her anger on LJQ that way our girl can also feel more at home.
Finally got to see the famous slap. I must say I was on edge of my seat anticipating it the whole time and damn she slapped him in front of everyone. And LJQ kinda deserved it but atleast he took it well and even instructed Jiugao to tell his mother about it discretly and letting her know that XLX never knew about this marriage and didn't want it either in a way easing the budding resentment in her to some extent. Love how she says that he deserves it and she won't seek justice for him at all lol he literally is the only one happy with this marriage atm and got beaten up both by his fam and wife. Though he is still shameless and dives headfast into saying it's ok I'll endure the hardships first and then get success later and even carried XLX to the main chamber giving her a slight scare. But, atleast he realises that he is wrong and atleast tries to ask for XLX's forgiveness.

Also, LJQ and XLX not catching each other at all outside the city and him not even getting to know that she escaped safely(like not even a side look while them assuming that they might have seen each other). Next day also poor guy couldn't meet her and had to escort himself out from enterance itself. While han arrived later then LJQ and just had to sing to find XLX and bring her back. The writers are having fun ragebaiting us lol 😭🤣
