Well first thing's first I was just voicing out my opinion with context to how I have viewed all the previous eps. Secondly I never judged her but I was saying it in context to the plot i.e. in the first time's kidnapping we are all humans naturally no one can predict what the other person right next to you might do. Thirdly there's a difference between being paranoid about everyone vs being reasonably cautious after you have already been targeted once. Imagine if they were only after han they could have just planted any random woman in that chest visible in opera and not specifically Lanxiang. Anyways I just wanted to point out that this kind of plot didn't make as much sense to me I was not blaming a 2d character for it.

I was saying that purely in context to how quickly she had once reacted in an earlier ep when there was a knife pointed at her. And for saying she should have anticipated it was because she and furong were already having a convo on how someone might be targeting them so naturally we tend to be more cautious.
Why would lanxiang fall into same kind of trap 2x though seeing that someone was out to get either her or scholar han and given how cautious she usually is I didn't think that they would actually be successful in kidnapping her even the 2nd time. Also how come no one notice that the kidnapper was carrying an unconsious women around given there was such a big crowd.
