I'm not happy about those scenes where Shi Woon is comforting So Hee and telling her and Da On that she was "just thoughtless". NO, she was bad, manipulative, egoistic, jealous and only thinking about herself. So Hee clearly understood what would happen but still pulled the trigger hopping that, knowing Da On's personality, he will let go of Tae. That's not being thoughtless. She outed two teenagers in a conservative country. She needs to learn what she did first ask for serious forgiveness to BOTH OF THEM and then let's see how time unfolds. I will be disappointed if a great guy like SW ends with her.
whose subs did you watch? i watched the show from kissasian
You're welcome! And if you still cannot find the rest, this is the site made by Josh Navas, he subbed all of them and i am watching Love Area here as well: https://www.facultyofbl.com/tag/siew-sum-noi/
Quality production. One of those good philipino ones. The acting is really good. A simple covid story that it's a door to discover two really intense and deep emotional thinkers. They need to walk their on way for now to hopefully, meet again when both are on the same page and ready to be together. Hope them and we will get a second chance to explore this.
That's the case on some websites but i saw the episodes on facebook subbed in Spanish and they were full 45 minutes. Look around to hopefully find the full ones, they are not 15 minutes.
Really looking forward to this one!!! The first movie was really cute and tastefully made, but it ended at the beggining of their love, and i always love when we are able to explore the relationship so... this is a total win for me!!!
I adore Gun and don’t feel his acting is terrible. He could work on it a bit more. His facial expressions sometimes…
Agree, plenty of bl actors are kinda rookies and if so, they only have one or two series under their belts so i don't expect them to have Edward Northon/Leo Dicaprio acting skills and i cut them some slack. I wasn't really bother by his acting till this episode, i felt that the angry moments were a bit too much of a cringy fest and he had weird facial expresions. Maybe he has to work more on those emotions but overall i'm ok with his acting and is true, him and his promo are carrying the series and ratings.
I'm sorry but what does IPYTM means? I'm not that active with bl shows
Specially the sequel is not for everyone in terms of plot, basically because it breaks with the fairytale more often than not unrealistic bl world, but for me is an accurate representation of a teen love that has to deal with the world spining around and see if it pass the test of time and becomes end game. But, being a fan of that or not, those 2 series are a masterpiece in every sense, from production, to direction, photography... quality out the charts. Totally recommended if you ask me :)
This is what i call a predictable GOOD teen bl. Cannot wait for everything that we know will happen to happen. Korea here stepping up the bl game, and thank god because i am feeling like we are on a slump after IPYTM ended. I need a pick me up even if still cannot match what Nadao made me feel with their series.

I did watch it with Spanish subs, since i speak both languages and the person that did the Spanish ones popped up on my Facebook. There are no legal subs for this other other than fansubs.
Now for the subs controversy. If there was a legal and from the source option i would really think about it. I do pay for some subscriptions, Nadao productions, Gameboys the movie... and so on, but not gonna lie i do watch some things illegally as well, i wanna support the things that i love as much as i can tho. NOW, about that person subbing it on his patreon and making you pay a subscription for it... is still piratery. It wouldn't be if the source did gave him the rights, but this way is still an illegal source and even if yes, he does a legit work, is still taking anothers work without paying the right amount for the rights to be distributed by himself so he can profit from it. I feel way worse when reactors have a patreon and the content that the productions don't allow them to react to (mostly because they have their own channels or ways to make a profit from their hard work and pay the entire thing back and gain enough so they can still produce more series or movies) is there but you pay the reactors instead of the people that worked on it. Reactors already can make a profit from their youtube channel adsense, and they could make videos of them discusing the series or other new content so if they wanna be paid for their actual work, they can. Is quite a tricky situation. And now is up to us to decide if we are ok with it, wanna support in any way, or not.
Just binged the 11 episodes that are already out. This has some ups and downs. Not gonna lie, is not a quality bl, the storyline is a bit messy and some plots and progressions make no sense. But it has something, i truly die with the comedic scenes, with the sing alone or to each others like if this was a musical... Those are so abrupt, absurd and they are so out of tune that is hilariously funny. I take it for what it its, a funny nonsense with some cute and sweet scenes that make the bl worth it for a quick watch without investing too much on it or looking for a really deep and quality stuff. Looking forward to the last episode.
Still in my top 5 of kdramas. This was the point of inflexion for me, after Hello Monster others felt flat and i decreased the quantity that i watch. Never miss a Seo In Guk one tho.
I'm not happy about this bls making me hate my entire gender 99% of the time. I'm not claming the women here and they are not welcome in my queer household. We have enough with the mainstream girls being constantly men shadows and oversexualized, we don't need this stereotyped evil ones here all the time.
Now after my rant, i liked this short series, a few tropes but cute ones. I think it was well done and i always love me some retro vibes. Also, loved the shirt kind of kinda not moment, it was cute and emotional. The story overall was a plausible, sweet & sour comming of age.
Maybe it was the music plot, the bittersweet ending, the mom arc... It got me back to my first thai bl/queer movie, Love Of Siam. As much as i love happy endings and this type of sour ones get my heart broken the most, i still love them in a twisted masochistic way. I would gladly devour a 2 season with a happy ending, even knowing that usually they are not on pair with 1 seasons, Nadao gave me hope and i am a hopeless romantic when it comes to fiction, specially when it's about my queer fam.

Let's see if they can pick it up later on.
