Yes, probably. I do think he also fits to that type of female partner. Is like Ji Sung who fits a lot to "mess and crazy female characters".

One thing that surprises me is how Kim Soo Hyun always have chemistry with the main actress. This is really incrediable.

Also, I don't know why but I found all the FL's who he is acting with remind me more or less Jun Ji Hyun.

Whenever I see his female coupl in the dramas, the girls almost always are that "sassy" independent woman who doesn't need a man in her life, but for some reason think the ML (Kim Soo Hyun) is the exception.

Probably there is some mistake the evil people did. Or any unrealistic thing.

It doesn't make sense for her to die. Also it is clear this illness is just for the sake of moving the plot than a mean for the story.

3 things that are in favor of this way of thinking are:

1) The author gave us 2 clues that this illness can be cured without sound unrealistic. One with the doctor talking about cases where the patient was cured and another with MC searching for the patient who had cured from it.

2) This illness was a "make up" ilness from thee author, so it doesn't exist in real life. Usually when it is something like thiis, it means it won't be taken as serious as people think.

3) The synopsis itself where gives an idea of the Main Leads overcoming whatever tragic stuff that happened to them.

Actually the Samsung heir did marry a guy who was not from her background in the 90s, and they did have a "fairytale" marriage before things going downhill. And there is an article of him saying that her family asked him to go to US for studies and how he didn't want to go. This thing is true.

However, going as far as to say that the author based on this event to make this story, well this we will only know if the author itself says it.

Saying that, we can deny that he/she wasn't at least inspired by that story. Since their divorce ended up finally in 2020/2021 so it is very fresh.

I'm definetely loving it, this is exactly what I asked for when I sign for this drama.

No, they aren't. They may treated here as the same thing, but you will never see a "genre" called life.

Tag helps identify what will have in the drama, while genre is a classification itself.

You can argue there are "sub genre" or even "multi genre", but they are still not the same as "tag", because tag is just some you use to identify things that are in the particular thing. While genre is more "general".

However, in some cases you can see what is the "main focus" based on the "order" in the tags. Like, usually a drama that is romcom you have "comedy" first and then romance.

Anyway, you are the one who should enjoy the drama instead of starting an argument with me.

After seeing what happened in episode 8, I'm more than sure this will be a happy ending. Usually when things go down that early it means we will get a happy ending. I can already "predicted" what will come next.

9 - 10 - Continuation of HW and aunt to get more insights on how they can get back at the evil people. In those 2 episodes we will see the Hong family finally "growing up" and development as a real family. They will probably see HW's family as an inspiration of what they should be.

11-12 - Some important reveal it will happen here. HW and HI will get important development in their relationship and we may get cute moments between them.

13-14 - Things will go down again, but this time we have the family together and our main couple fightting together. However it is here where the HI's illness will be addressed again. Might get some important flashback here.

15- 16 - Might get some noble idioticy here (this drama is screaming it), whatever secret that were pending will happen here. Last episode: concluding of whatever that happened in 15, and a happy ending wrapping everything together.

My post wasn't talking about tags of anything, in my comment I was only talking about genres but I wasn't even thinking about tags because I didn't even check what tags this drama had. You were the one who started talking about tags.

I saw some people mad because other mentioned that this drama is based on a real story. So, I decided to search for it. Although I haven't found anything that says "based on", there was really some clues that this drama was at least "inspired" by real life events from Samsung's heir and her ex husband based on some stuff that even happened in the drama.


Saying that, I don't think people should be too "focus" on that, because is not really the first time dramas do that and it doesn't really mean the author will make a "copy and paste" of the real lifes events or anything beyond of an inspiration for some events. After all, this is not the first time and neither will be the last where a writer uses something they've seen in real life and bring it to their story and using as inspiration to create something new.

So, let's not freak out just because of it. It doesn't mean nothing more than just an inspiration. Like I can watch the traffic and tthen get inspired to create a story about a car lol

You are the person who started talking about "tag" as an argument of getting a sad ending. If anything I tried to prove to you that having "life" as a tag doesn't mean it will be a sad ending.

We also see "Life" for fighting for my way, Reply, because it is my first life and so on.

Also, because it is my first life has the same tags as this one and still have a happy ending.

When you check the dramas that have the tag "life" in their genre few have a "sad ending". And all of them have another thing instead of "Comedy". So, it is very safe to assume that only by that it means it won't be a tragic story.

Gosh I also thought about that possibility when I saw the scene. I hope it doesn't happen because is too nonsense.

For what I understand "life" only means that the drama will be about the "normal" stuff from life. Without addressing anything in particular or out of ordinary.

From what I heard this "full of twists" will happen until episode 10. Plus, judging by the way it is going I'm 99% sure it will be a happy ending. As far as I know few k-dramas are ending tragic nowadays and this one seens to be more of a romcom with some dramas in it, than a melodrama.
