Weren't they lovey dovey at around #5? Guess something happened thereafter. In #32, the two looked like they're simply in a General & Subordinate relationship... And at the end of #32, what's that all about? That's not even a cliffhanger!

Glad i had stopped at #5 and waited for #32 to decide whether to pick up from #6 again... But what kind of #32 ending was that?

yup, i had actually chased after the earlier episodes just for HD+LLY while skipping all other parts until i got to where HD finally found LLY. Only then after that scene did i restart watching the earlier epis in full ^__^

LOL, maybe they were filming the scene during Covid-19 crisis and hence not possible to engage in steamy kisses!!!

yup, the continuous 2min switch between 1st & 2nd CP is also a test on my tolerance. Think i need to change the Speed to 1.5!!!

thanks Alizwa for the headsup. Yup, this is one of those many cdramas that's causing my blood to boil and BP to rise! TBH i skipped those parts that hit my nerves... Even with a streetsmart gal by his side, he could still get conned repeatedly. Can you imagine if he's left on his own! I've put this on the lowest priority.

Hi Lovely-me, Shell was referring to Wan Peng, not Gala Zhang Yao. Anyway, if you run through the parts Peng & Gala were in their debut drama "When We Were Young", it's their voices indeed. But in that debut drama, it sounded a bit more natural. She didn't portray her voice in that manner for all the scenes she's in.

I'm with Shell on your being distracted by WP's voice/acting.
