Same here. I've been curious about their past since the start so I'm looking forward to finding out more as the episodes progress. Have not watched episode 10 yet but I'm about to. You have me quite curious xD

Yes Healer is awesome. I'm glad it's still #1 in popularity on this site :)) did you watch it while it was airing? The hype was crazy and fun to be a part of - I've met so many great friends during that time :D

Wow he looks slimer here....can't believe that's the same guy that plays Sung Chul sunbae!! I read an article that he put on 100+kg just for this role. That's some dedication! :)

Haha I know right? In-Ho stoled my heart since that piano scene in episode 8. The more I see him with Seol, the more I love his character.... But...YooJung deserves to be happy too. He seems to be so lonely....like Seo Jung Hoo. Yep I'm totally a Healer fan ❤ best drama out there :D

Seo Kang Jun is perfectly casted for Baek In Ho, now I can't imagine anyone but him playing In-Ho! His acting is spot on (he really brings the character to live) and I find him rather cute and endearing. :)

Title Remember: War of the Son Spoiler
Why do I get this bad feeling that Park Dong Ho is going to end up dying closer to the finale? Much like that Prosecutor from City Hunter. Dong Ho feels alot of guilt and regret towards Jin Woo, so him dying to save Jin Woo will probably make him feel redeemed and Jin Woo will end up forgiving him too. I feel like Dong Ho is being set up to be the tragic hero (more so than Jin Woo). Sigh. Anyone having the same thoughts about this too?

Whoa hello there chingu! It's great to see you loving this drama too!! First episode gripped me instantly and left an impact. My heart was racing towards the end lol. This drama may not be my crack drama, but every episode has me hooked to the screen without fast forwarding. I just finished episode 4 and it's pretty good. Can't wait for next week's! This and Cheese are my two fav airing dramas :D

I agree! He needs a main lead role with experienced actors who match his talents unlike Moorim School. He's great in Moorim School but everyone else in the drama pales in comparison. Sigh. This guy is so talented, he needs to choose his dramas carefully next time. On the upside, I heard his movies are great :)

I may have dropped this, but I'm still following recaps for this drama. I find the story interesting just execution…
Really? Oh you would love him in Queen In-Hyun's Man - he's a very swoon-worthy hero :D yep I agree, 1988 would do well with another episode to wrap things up. When it ended, I was like " is that all?" Like there could've been more but I feel the live shoot system affected the finale somewhat (the cast and crew an extra week break to film and I get the feeling they rushing to do 2 movie length episodes per week...which is crazy amount of work).

Thanks for the recommendation, I've been meaning to watch Awl but have not got round to it yet. I heard it's very good and cable dramas are always really great in quality too so hopefully when I have time I will definitely watch ^^

Yay! I love Ji Hyun Woo!!! He was great in Angry Mom and Queen In-Hyun's Man :) well wished they had an extra 30 minutes in the finale of 1988 to wrap things up nicely but overall I loved the drama. My ship sailed as well xD are you watching Cheese In The Trap? I'm loving that one right now, it's quite relatable to me since its about university students. But it's also psychological drama which I find really interesting :)

Hmm I do tend to gravitate towards genres that have romance, action, and especially love time travel dramas (anything with a fantasy twist is great too). Also love slice-of-life/family/relatable type dramas and really love mystery dramas too. You can have a look at favourite lists to see what I like lol. My top fav drama would have to be Healer and I Remember You :D

Ohhh! I've been wondering myself where that word is taken from as well! Initially I pictured traffic lights but it didnt make sense to me. Unripe fruits made much more sense!! Haha. Yep, having natural actors who are so in their element make so much difference to the story. Everything is more believable to me. This drama is so noticeable in quality of acting, when I see Lee Hyun Woo on my screen, I really believed his character and he felt real....until other characters show up and it looks like people are just trying to act. While if I compare this to a drama with great acting (for example I Remember You), the difference in quality of whole drama is noticeable. :) Moorim School's plot is quite interesting and I love stories within this genre. However I can't seem to find any k-dramas that are executed well with this genre. Maybe fantasy genre isn't that big for audiences in Korea, so much harder to find a good production team/actors/sponsors?

Oh haha, I only learnt of that word recently on dramabeans. It just means new actors who has potential but lack experience. So their acting don't appear as natural as experienced actors. They are not terrible actors, they just lack the experience to make it look convincing. Like you could tell the actor is trying to "act". From what I understand, it generally applies to rookie actors :) in this drama, except for Lee Hyun Woo, I'm pretty much talking about all the other kids...I kinda find them green (especially the guy who likes to speak English, soon duk, and Chi ang) - it's just my personal opinion, sun-ah is doing a good job though but you can still tell she needs more acting experience too.
On Moorim School Jan 30, 2016
I may have dropped this, but I'm still following recaps for this drama. I find the story interesting just execution isn't that great (add to this, besides Lee Hyun Woo doing an awesome job, the majority of the actors are quite green). If this were a novel, I would happily read lol
