Actually I'm struggling to get through 1994, I loved 1997 better but this one is so slow for me. I'm up to episode 3 (I already know who the husband is) and I'm just forcing myself to continue watching. Just wondering which episode got better for you?

I have the same sentiments as you, the whole reason I started on the Reply series is because I wanted to see 1988, but after reply 1997 I seem to be forcing myself to watch 1994. It doesn't have the same charms that 1997 once did for me. Should I still continue watching this? I'm up to EP 3...I do really want to love this though since I like Go Ara, Baro, and Yoo Yeon Suk.

I'm watching this straight after reply 1997, but this one seems so slow and slightly makes me feel sleepy watching it. I'm up to episode 3 but just wondering if it gets better? I agree! I'm thinking its either they got the info wrong or she's actually really short and petite. I'm actually a small petite girl (150cm tall) and I weigh 41kg and I'm actually perfect weight/healthy for my size. I can't imagine someone as tall as her weighing 40kg! It sounds too skinny for me...

Hmm seen this awhile back ago in 2013...it was one of my very first dramas so I don't remember much...thinking of watching this again now that I'm a fan of majority of the actors here :)

This drama made me realised how good of an actor Lee Jong Hyun is! I hope he gets more roles in the future :) sorry I had to drop this drama though since I couldn't get past episode 3, however I do like the cast....just the pacing of the story is too fast and confusing.... Which isn't the actor's fault.

I wonder why she keeps playing the villain...would love to see her in a lead role though. She's a great actress :)

Yeppp its so good! You'll end up loving Park Bo Gummie as well (I won't spoil the plot for you) but literally ALL the casts including the villain are fantastic. It's a well written drama in my opinion. I would recommend reading some of the analysis for the final episode if you wanted an in-depth explanation. IRY is great because it assumes that viewers have a brain and can think as well....just don't expect romance to be central (it takes a back seat because the plot is more important and interesting). Romance comes at a natural pace but there's lots of bromance though later on :D

Yes totally those 3. I'm planning on IOIL, but I can definitely vouch for IRY! My second favourite drama after Healer :D

@TR I agree, Healer hasn't been dethroned yet for me either. Used to think nothing beats Queen In-Hyun's Man in terms of FEELS until Healer came along lol.

Oh then you should try Master's Sun - that was my first SJS drama and it's pretty good too!

My favourite part is when SJS starts pretending to act like Ji Woong's version of 'John Kim' in episode 2. I find it so hilarious!!! Haha

Hahahaha I love Ji Woong! He's so adorkable, much like Henry's dorkiness in real life - so cute :D

I just finished marathoning this again for the nth time....and seriously those FEELSSS are still the same! This drama will never get old for me. I will always have soft spot for Bongsookie and totally fangirling over Healer. :')
