Actually I believe from the start we have been given obvious clues but they were subtle. If you think of it, the clues were quite spot on and also since the start til now, their relationship had the most growth. The husband have been shown to grow as the episodes progressed. I was just nervous about it since underdogs don't always win but in this case he does. So I'm very happy. Besides that, I think this reply series is the best out of the three. It has so much to ffer other than romance. I love the whole friendship and family focus. We should remember that this isn't a romance focused drama....so those who are upset and giving it a 1 are forgetting that romance isn't the main point. What happened to those who loves this drama since the start...why suddenly go "I hate this now" all because their ship sank? It doesn't make sense. Even if my ship sank, I would have still given this drama a 10 anyway :)

@Rozhan and @sweetmelissa, whoa my first comment have been pushed so far back so I'm replying to you guys here. Yep, me too! I'm so very happy that Taek is the husband. In the beginning before Taek was introduced, I admit I was Team JH all up until episode 8 or so is when I started to fall for Taek. @Rozhan, like you spotted, yep I am a Healer fan and my favourite character is obviously Bongsookie. I have such a soft spot for guys like Bongsookie (the underdog) hence why I really fell for Taek and have been noticing a lot of clues from the start (I re-watched EP 1-8 again to spot clues) and have to say that yes the husband hints have been obvious for Taek since the start but it was very subtle. The writers have planned their relationship really beautifully. Taek and DS had a natural progression and their arc was beautifully made. However even with these clues, throughout the whole drama I was so nervous because I never thought the underdog would ever win the girl. K-dramas always make the underdog the second lead so I thought Taek was another Chilbongie. But thank God he isnt. I love this drama! Not for the ship but also it's such a heartwarming family drama. I think the writer never changed script. Sure they have written it in JH's point of view but they wanted to reach viewers real life lessons too. Whoa I'm rambling... But I'm so so happy. High five guys for Team Taekie! ❤❤❤ I do believe that guy's like Bongsookie and Taekie are the most loyal guys in real life....the type of guys that will love and cherish you a lot. But they are so rare though, so that's why I loved BS and TK :)

Also, JH had made me quite frustrated with his hesitations. I wanted to him to confess a lot of times AND he has many chances to do so over Taek. Taek was very busy and JH was around DS more (even living in the same building!). Even beofre Taek, when DS liked SW and after finding out she got rejected... JH had so many opportunities. After episode 18, how JH made his confession into a joke, I thought he shouldn't be the husband. In life, you shouldn't hesitate. I think that was the life lesson this show have been trying to teach us. In my opinion, fate was never about timing for JH...JH had many chances. In episode 18, rather watching nearly 2 hours into the Forrest Gump movie, he should've left earlier to DS...but he didn't. He would have made it there before Taek did. JH have been hesitating for far too long and have not made it obvious to DS that he liked her. It made sense now why he didn't get the girl. While he was hesitating, DS have been developing feelings for Taek since 1988 when they had their first kiss. Taek made it obvious before JH did and at the end of the day, like DR said what's important is not who likes DS more, but who DS likes. DS has right to choose who her heart belongs to and after that speech, I'mqutie happy with however she chooses. I wouldn't be mad wither if she didn't choose Taek in the end lol.

I agree with Kawaitanee...why are you spoiling it for others? That's unfair. I want people to enjoy it like I did while watching.

Whoa I'm so so happy!!! This is the first time my ship has ever sailed! It's official, Taek is the husband, since the future husband confirmed it with "I didn't go to school back then". Although I ship Taek, I had such low expectations and was convinced that JH is the husband at first.

Yep like everyone says, the mother of the children died. So everything was flashback and the children realised that Ted loved Aunt Robin all along. They gave him permission at the end to confess to her since they liked their Aunt. What that means in R88 is that if they killed either JH (because he's a fighter pilot so quite dangerous) or Taekie I'm going to be so annoyed, because that would mean that DS only ended up with the other because one died.

Well to me DS and Taek are like Yin and Yang :)

If R88 pulls a "How I Met Your Mother" ending, I'll be very annoyed! Can't wait for next week's finale :)

Agree. I'm okay with whoever DS chooses since I root for both guys anyway. Just Taekie and DS seems more suited in my opinion: opposites attract. It's like Yin and Yang theory I read on Soompi, how that upsidedown kiss scene is symbolic for Yin and Yang...perhaps a foreshadow and not really a dream after all? I mean, Taek is academically/theoretically smart/genius while DS is more smart at life. Both DS and Taek lack the opposite of each other so they balance each other out. Hmm, I dunno... Let's pray our ship won't sink lol. There are also strong clues for JH too throughout.

This movie is so good :) I hope more people sees this. I highly recommend and re-watch value is 10 for me as well ^^

I must be in the minority since I'm on #TeamTaek but I don't feel confident even after episode 18. I'm guessing being in team Taek means my expectations are low but hopeful. there have been many hints since the start that points to him being the husband too. I love JH at the start but I would prefer Taek to be the husband. Sigh, my brain tells me if the past Reply series are any indication...the husband is gonna be Junghwan anyway. I'm preparing myself for heartbreak...

Yep! Well I find Yoo Jung to be a very interesting and mysterious character. The mystery behind his character is what I'm interested in. I guess that's the beauty of this show. I'm watching this without having read the webtoon so it's quite interesting for me :)

Park Hae Jin plays him so well...I was honestly creeped out by him in the first episode. But after second episode I don't think he's evil, just misunderstood or there may be reasons to why he's like that. What do you think?

Yay! Yup so very very AWESOME :D and no I haven't read the webtoon yet since they're not completed and I tend to read through a manga/hwa very fast. Watching this with a fresh set of eyes like you ^^
