It resembles SWP? I have yet to watch that drama lol. But I actually love this drama, it doesn't seem to be repetitive to me (or maybe I haven't watched that many rom-coms yet).

I guess every person has different tastes? I, on the other hand, find Misaeng seriously boring yet a lot of people loved it. This drama is my kind of drama :)

It has a good story though, I end up crying and feeling sad too. Don't expect it to be light and fluffy all the time (they do balance it well though). It is a dark drama and the plot discusses some sensitive issues like bullying, paedophilia and corruption in schools etc. Things that are often hidden and they delve into a parent's biggest fear really well. The main lead carried the drama so well and you can really feel her love and protectiveness over her daughter. However light and fluffy bits do come from Ji-soo's interactions with the Mom (main lead) :D he's the most adorable love sick puppy ever, very cute ❤ hehe

Totally agree dear! The feels will never get old for me!!! Sometimes I wonder if this is what it feels like to have a bf haha... Sigh ❤

One of the best dramas ever for me. My first drama love ❤ (well not really, I previously loved Queen In-Hyun's Man, but this one totally dethroned it lol)

You are the first review I read on Cheer Up on MDL and I absolutely love what you wrote here! You're making me so excited to see this series. I love Ji Soo since Angry Mom - he's absolutely good there, really sold the whole one-sided ahjumma romance to the point where I ended up shipping him with the ahjumma lol! Ji Soo was so so cute and adorable as Bok Dong! So what you wrote here about him means that if he's good here....I'm gonna end up loving this drama too! You'll end up loving Ji-Soo on Angry Mom as well (it's a dark drama but I highly recommend) :D

PS. I love TaeKwang (Sungjae in School 2015....I was totally a Taebi shipper ❤ lol)

Thanks, I decided not to watch it now since it doesn't seem worth my time. I've never seen Joo Won's previous works before, so I'm not really his fan lol.
