I love Ruyi Pavilion, but I feel sad to think that might have been ZZH and JJY's last drama together. I really wish I waited so I can binge but I just can't wait so long!

I haven’t read the novel, but I’ve watched the drama... n 8eps in, nothing implies reincarnation... so IMO…
16 episodes in and still no reincarnation or rebirth plot. However, I still like it so far. Only wished they released the episodes on Fri, Sat, Sun instead.

JJY in her comfort role is both blessing and a curse haha. is her acting oscar worthy? no. is it somehow enjoyable?…
I've enjoyed every drama JJY has been in so far. There's something quite likable and cute about her. She's not annoying and doesn't overact. I do wish they changed up her makeup and style a bit though.
