I gave them a 5 because I found it really boring towards the second half. It started very well but then it got stuck. The other male leads were useless, the job issues were boring and the FL was so self centered I couldn´t keep watching and started skipping lots of scenes. I wished they had talked more about motherhood as a desire vs. motherhood mandate. It could have been so interesting.

Some people are mad because PSJ ended up with YiSeo. Those who say that the romance came out of the blue perhaps were expecting something different. I think they are mad because they are too used to seeing the prettiest girl getting the guy. IMO it was well portrayed. PSJ's love for his classmate was superficial and based on looks. YiSeo said the truth when she told her that she only waited for him to do things but she did nothing for him. The moment he had to think who had been next to him helping him all the way, adding that she wasn't a girl anymore, looked like a natural progression to acknowledge his feelings for her. I also fell for my best friend once, so I can relate. It's weird because you know too much about that person, but one day everything they do seems completely adorable, but you are terrified of losing that person. I liked it. I wish more dramas show more realistic romance. You don't usually end up marrying your first love or your childhood crush.

I'm quite sure (wishful thinking but still sure) that they are going to go the King 2 Hearts route. We'll have a happy ending through reunification. She's always saying "Let's meet when our countries reunify" and things like that. Which I think it's forshadowing. And also, we are still to see the soldiers having a meal with their favourite actors, going out with Miss Korea, cashing the prize money, etc.

I loved Pinocchio, I liked One More Happy Ending and somehow I managed to finish The Heirs and The Liar and his Lover. I dropped every other single show on list. Nowadays I'm watching shows which are currently on air: Crash Landing on You (loooove it) and Love with Flaws (far from perfect but ok). When I'm in a drama slump I usually go back to one of my favourites (Reply 1997, Go Ho's Starry Night, Weighlifting Fairy). Shows that I;ve discovered only recently but I loved: Kahogo no Kahoko, Nigeru Wa haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu, King Two Hearts, Prison Playbook, Ho Goo's Love. Hope you find something to enjoy!

I hated this movie. The male lead is bitter because he lost the girl in their youth when he saw one of his friends taking advantage of her while she was drunk and he did nothing to prevent it. She was in love with him, but his only worry was if Suzy and his friend had done "something", although if they did it was also his fault as a bystander. They never address the rapy situation.

This is exactly what I've been going through for over a year now. I had a couple of disappointments with TWD, so I don't watch them anymore (hello, the apple of my eye). CD are too repetitive for my taste, so it's only TD or JD now. Maybe if KD weren't all about robots and crazy stuff. Anyways, I did enjoy Hotel Del Luna, although it wasn't mindblowing or anything. Last year I loved My Mister, Come and Hug me, Sky Castle and The smile has left your eyes. I enjoyed The psychometric guy until the crazy stuff started to happen. That's it. Some KD like the last one from Park Bo Young made me cringe so badly I had to drop it before the first episode ended (I tried it because of the cameo really) and just reading about my absolute boyfriend gave me the creeps. And yet I don't think I'm out of love with KD because every time I rewatch one of my favorites (Reply 1997, Weighlifting fairy, fight my way) I still enjoy them as the first time. I don't think they are losing ratings only for the streaming webpages, I think that Korean viewers probably feel the same, because they do watch live when the drama is worth it.

I tought they were talking about KCS's mother. MW didn't break his heart but his mom did.

I'm quite disappointed tbh. The premise is really original and sounds great, but I think that the consequences of using the app on couples is underdeveloped. The male lead is too narcissistic and control freak. The other ml is a sweetheart, but a stalkerish sweetheart, which is not cute at all. And I like the female lead but I don't think that the reasons why she broke up with SO are well explained, so couldn't relate or even understand why she did it or why she is open to give HY a chance and not SO, who she apparently still loves. Moreover, we have to wait for the "second season". I don't know if I'll care enough to wait for the second part.

I was thinking the same. I've been fastforwarding for 8 episodes and came here to see if I should drop it already. So far, this season is boring.

I loved the characters in the beginning, too. I think that I found it really disappointing because she couldn't put the superstition aside. I thought that the plot became too silly to my taste. But I liked almost the whole series.

In my opinion, it started great and then it went downhill. It was a disappointment.

Perhaps you watched them with your eyes closed and listening to Pantera at the same time, because, nop. No sameness at all. How can you find sameness between the cute dumb puppy in SKL and the cold genious in HM, and the playful rascal in S38? Also, you just saw ONE episode of TSHLYE, and A BIT of SKL and yet, you feel entitled to give your expert opinion as a... Very famous actor? Director? PD? You're hilarious.

You could find some similarities with his character in Hello Monster at certain point, as he was cold and smart (but not a psychopat, that was his brother) but he had never played such a character before. I think you are getting confused wiith another actor. Have you seen Shopping King Louis? Squad 38? High school king of savvy? Replay 1997? The king's face? All those characters are completly different from the one in TSHLYE. Please, get your facts straight before giving unfounded opinions. You are much like Jon Snow.

You are right! I love happy endings, but these felt forced. Almost like, let's settle with whomever we have at hand just to avoid being alone or meeting someone new! Yo and Good should have remained friends. Earth and Sam shouldn't have come back together and Earth needed a good talk with Stud. Actually, when Stud cried and wondered why he had hurt the person he loved, should have been said to his face and not to a new character. Bern and Am could have raised their baby together as friends, although I would have prefered that she got an abortion and took her dream job (this plot doesn't make sense, she was too smart to get pregnant without planning it). I liked Bern with Boom, she deserved being happy for once. This was a mess, indeed! End of rant.
