Henry Lau (who first appeared on the show at the end of ep 4) arrived in the baby house on 5th June 2016. By that time the other guys had been with the kids for a while already.
On that day the crew arranged a live streaming with Yu Xiao Tong who talked about the situation at the house. Later Henry joined Yu Xiao Tong talking about his first day and first impressions. Or his unresponsible and stupid action when he risked the life of the 3-years old child by putting him on a stone edge of the bathtub. He was really lucky the toddler didn't slip on it when he turned back to unpack diapers. Together with the "probation" ge ge and the child psychologist's "lectures" at each episode's end (telling us what we already saw ourselves in the episode), season 3 looks more like an educational tv programme rather than an entertainment show.

What also stroke me is that the guardian guys eat meals separate from kids, not WITH the kids like the guys in season 1. I recall it was so sweet to watch kids feeding their Xiao Xiong in season one and making dumplings together with their geges. The show crew in season 3 made the house look so grand like a palace but there is no home atmosphere at all.
The royal house doesn't have a backyard so they kept the children for a few days until ep 5 inside the house without going out. It stunned me as kids at this age should go and play outside everyday to get some fresh air. The weather was sunny and the surrounding area is beautiful. They should have followed the example of the guys in season 1 who took their kids for a walk along the alleys, bringing some toys and having a fun outside. But what we can see in this season are kids running like crazy around the house all day long for 3 days.

They actually managed to finish off two turtles within less than 2 weeks - the epitome of "absolute fun" in season 3. I shouldn't be surprised though. The guys couldn't cope with four chidlren (let alone 6 children plus 2 turles). At the end of ep 4 the situation was completely out of control and even a camera operator and the basement staff had to intervene when the youngest babies played in the bathtub left all by themselves without any assitance from geges. Next they took kids to the forest in hot summer and forgot to apply an anti-mosquite spray on their arms.

No, it's not true.
Those who have been following him day by day, week by week, month by month ever since the begginning of his career are well aware that his face changes all the time. Not just a certain month or a certain day but it's a continuous change. The changes to his face are gradual so it's certainly natural. I realized it first at the end of 2017 when collecting his weibo/studio photos from years 2014-2017 (all in chronological order) that he had changed a lot over the time but then I witnessed it myself in 2018 how dynamic his face was. And it was a continuous and gradual change throughout the entire year. How he looked at the end of 2018 was much different to his appearance at the beginning of the year but when you accompanied him day by day you couldn't actually feel that change. He was busy filming all the year, participated in the recording of several shows and attended media & brand events. When would he have the time for plastic surgery? At that time I'd been following him already for over a year, and I also had a full knowledge of his schedule in the previous years, and since the end of 2015 he never had a break from work. Even if he wanted to have plastic surgery, how do you think, when could he possibly have it done?
The longest period he wasn't filming for any drama (but still had a lot of recording for various shows/events during these months) was from mid August 2019 till mid January 2020. after the surgery the look changes because of swelling and it takes time for the nose to get the final shape, the direction of the healing process is from swelling to slimness and such a change was never observable
the process of growing is another direction and it is genetically conditioned change which happens to many people at the age between 20 and 25
another thing I mentioned before is getting fatter, every time Neo puts on some weight it can be seen all around his face, it affects the area of cheeks, the area around/under eyes and around mouth (nose too), the face becomes flat and loses the features that are so characteristic (like it was in Nov 2017, Oct/Nov 2018 and Oct/Nov 2019)
so usually it causes many comments from fans who don't like him gaining weight or working out either, last year he was even asked about it during the sum37 dinner party, what he replied was "I think every piece of flesh on my body is indispensable, and it has been trained hard" (haha)

when did he have the "job" done?
He has a face of a grown-up man now, his nose and mouth are bigger than 4 years ago to match his face. If he still had that baby lips and little nose like he did in 2016 his face would be out of proportion now.
Another thing is that his nose started to grow earlier than the lower part of his face so it seemed different at the end of 2019. But last year his chin "catched up" with the change and now it's all back in proportion.

Basically this kind or accusations/rumours are spread by poeple who only see the artist every several times once or twice a year, and these are usually some random photos or videos. They don't really follow those actors on daily basis nor do they have any knowledge of their activity throughout a year. They are not aware of the way the individual one changes.

No, it's not true.
Those who have been following him day by day, week by week, month by month ever since the begginning of his career are well aware that his face changes all the time. Not just a certain month or a certain day but it's a continuous change. The changes to his face are gradual so it's certainly natural.
I realized it first at the end of 2017 when collecting his weibo/studio photos from years 2014-2017 (all in chronological order) that he had changed a lot over the time but then I witnessed it myself in 2018 how dynamic his face was. And it was a continuous and gradual change throughout the entire year. How he looked at the end of 2018 was much different to his appearance at the beginning of the year but when you accompanied him day by day you couldn't actually feel that change. He was busy filming all the year, participated in the recording of several shows and attended media & brand events. When would he have the time for plastic surgery? At that time I'd been following him already for over a year, and I also had a full knowledge of his schedule in the previous years, and since the end of 2015 he never had a break from work. Even if he wanted to have plastic surgery, how do you think, when could he possibly have it done?
The longest period he wasn't filming for any drama (but still had a lot of recording for various shows/events during these months) was from mid August 2019 till mid January 2020. And what he did during that time was not a surgery but getting fatter (and next losing weight rapidly within a month before filming for an ancient drama). Getting fat always changes his facial features a lot, so added to his continuous change that changed him even more (that look of his can be seen in 《我+》 recorded in Nov). Later his schedule was filled up all the time - filming one drama after another for more than 2 years (!) until now. Once again, when could he possibly have "the face" done?
The only "surgical" or "cosmetic" treatment that he's had is:
1) bleaching out the tatoo on the finger of his left hand
- which took him a considerable amount of time to get rid of it, it could be observed starting Nov 2015 when he was wearing a band-aid/dressing in the place of the tattoo (the fancam photos of Nov 14) and then next year it started disappear (becoming lighter), he still had a scar on that finger in Sept 2017 but I couldn't see it later so it was nearly invisible or gone when he was filming for When We Were Young
2) having his two wisdom teeth extracted at the beginning of Jan 2020
- after he got inflammation at the end of Dec 2019 and had to cancel the event
One can say that you or I don't know his true character and what's really in his head. So I wouldn't use such argument.
But we can talk about facts and analyze his working shedule day by day, month by month, year by year. This is an easy way to prove that it's not true.
Also by analyzing all photos of him day by day, month by month one can tell it's not true. Because you cannot see big differences in his look there on daily basis and only when you compare it after a longer period of time (several months) you can notice a difference which means that the change is a continuous process. Getting plastic surgery is a drastic sudden change, there might by some phases but for sure it's not a continuous process and gradual changes observed over the months and years.
