Then she said the series would show us their challenges as an adult couple yet she thought it was a good idea to write that whole wtf plot of Type getting mad jealous about a woman hitting on his 7 year gay boyfriend and it was all a plot by Tharn that worked.
But what was worse is that they advertised this wedding as the reason for people to watch the series, that it would be groundbreaking to show a lgbt+ wedding on tv and baited the audience with it to then in the end not show it and have the fans pay to watch. The fetichist writer and her crew once again using a community they disrespect for profit. And while this is happening the writer and the investor haven't put their foot on social media and disappeared from the radar letting everyone else deal with the backlash.
They really decided to troll the fans and disappoint people in every way they could. And as you say they'll get away with it and fill their pockets at the expense of the audience that they played.

I love this shade because it's true haha I was very disappointed with the kisses and overall chemistry of some of the couples in these laters Korean BL. I think they should bet more on the workshops to develop the chemistry and comfort level between the actors (I heard they don't do it nor put much focus on it). These BL had very good potential and interesting premises had the actors had chemistry and proper skinship on screen.
Yeah it definitely deserves 9. Minus 1 point because the directing is amateurish.
I think that's more of an issue with the editing than with the directing. Yes it had some minor issues with the editing, outside of that the acting, the script, the ost and the chemistry are solid.
That kiss really matched the intensity of the moment! Shi De had been longing for Shu Yi for years and then got close to him as friends but had to hold himself to mantain the friendship and then had to keep away from Shu Yi. And then Shu Yi fell hard and when Shi De stepped away he missed him so much and he was everything that was in his mind. So of course their kiss had to be an explosion of passion and desire. Finally they could fully express their feelings after holding everything in for so long.
I know this is kind of another "only gay for you", but I actually don't think it is. I know the subtitles are usually wonky but it caught my attention that Shu Yi said "I don't WANT to fall for a man" and not that he couldn't. I think that he had already been feeling some sort of attraction/affection for Shi De that he was trying to repress. And on the next episode teaser I have a feeling that his father might be homophobic (just my speculation), so it could explain a lot. Or it could very well be that Shi De is the first man he falls in love with, which is ok too. Just saying that somehow I loved this dynamic between them though I usually don't like the cliche "only gay for you"... because somehow I felt that it wasn't quite like that.
And something that is so refreshing to me in this series and so rare in most Thai BL is that no one is pursuing anyone and forcing the other to love them. Shi De, Shu Yi, Bing Wei and Zhe Yu all felt unrequited love at some point, but none of them ever tried to force the object of their affection to love them. They were the bigger person and wanted the person they loved to be happy. It just makes me emotional how they could portray such a selfless and pure love like this for most of the characters.
