That girl that worked at the Siesta boutique (I'm awful remember the names) and that gave the final blow to Son Myeong, why was she so apologetic to Moon Dong and why was Moon Dong so cold to her when not only she made the final steps of the revenge possible but was also a victim of the group to this day after her and being even r*ped/harrassed by Son Myeong? What does she have to apologize?
Also was it Ha Do Young that killed Jeon Jae Jo in the end by throwing him into the concrete?
Just finished the whole series. For me, the over all story was very good minus the romance/loves tory plot. I don't…
I can understand the trauma making the character less prone to express emotions and more reserved but I agree that sometimes it was too much. Specially in the "romance scenes" it fell flat sometimes.
You can be a romance lover and still have no taste for romance. You really think a shitty husband is better romance…
I think they're trying to imply that this was an healthy relationship between equals but he was always submissive towards her and doing everything she asked with no question. He even admitted he knew from the start he was being used but didn't mind. I think he had potential but they didn't develop the character well enough for his devotion to her to even make sense. He could have been devoted to her and help her in the revenge the same, had they shown us better motives. I know that his father murder and him wanting revenge over is was the reason they gave, and it could've worked if they had explored it more and if they had more chemistry.
He killed the dad because of what Dong Eun told him happened to her in high school. First off, he was disgusted…
I also wonder the same but think the main motivation was for his name not be tainted since being inspector was super important for him and his family. But yes it was too extreme. Also hard to say if the intention was to make him suffer or kill.
I gotta admit, I got more excitement from MDE and Ha Do Young's scenes than her scenes with JYJ. Their chemistry…
Glad to see someone who agrees. I just couldnt get aboard with her with JYJ because I didn't feel chemistry between them and the romance made no sense to me, like they didnt match. But though romance wasn't the intent, her and HDY matched so well, I just wanted them together and that would be the ultimate revenge actually lol
l finished this today and Ju won's obsession never made any sense. All his options was around "Dong sik guilt"…
Because he grew to like (or love? haha) DS and didn't want to arrest him any longer, so he cried. He was also going through the whole drama with his dad and had chosen to protect DS instead of his dad. He also kind of understood why DS did what he did with the fingers. But yes on the first half he was tunnel vision and fixated that the murderer had to be DS which didn't make sense, such as his obsession with the whole case.
I didn't like the part with the real killer of Yu Yeon...It was boring..and it was an accident anyway so I didn't…
I didn't mind about Lee Chang Jin being a thug and a murderer, but I found that the arc with Ju Won's father having killed Lee Dong Shik's sister felt so forced to me. I understand they wanted a full circle moment where Ju Wo's morals would be tested but it just felt like a rushed after thought. It was just an accident in the end. The other cop who ran her over I felt sorry for him because he was a good guy who always tried to help and it was an accident, he burried the trauma in his memory and he was manipulated by his mother who was the one who called Lee Chang Jin to clean the scene. I don't understand why they still kept treating him as a killer. But then it didn't even matter because it was Ju Wo's father who ran her over first. Sure none of the two who ran her over should've driven while under the influence of alcohol but it just felt forced. It was also hard to understand Jin Muk's motives to have killed some of the women, specially his daughter.
Yohan slamming Gaon against the wall will always stay framed in my mind🧎♀️💭
Just watched the scene and omg, for a while I thought something more would happen between the 2. This might not be explicit BL, but the sexual tension and chemistry are there.
Looking for explicit romance or kiss scenes would be a waste of time here. but the romance is definitely there.…
I also thought that they were saying goodbye and was cursing at the phone call for interrupting their alone romantic time at the end, but I'm sure Han Joo Won will come back to see Dong Shik and develop that friendship into something more. His smile, he had never smiled like that before in the whole series, it was as if he had warmed up to Dong Shik now that they don't have the tensions of the past, guilt and can fully trust each other now.
Is it Bromance? Just watched Beyond Evil, which I felt had subtextual BL innuendos and that the main leads fall in love with each other and have so much chemistry, despite nothing romantic being shown or outright expressed and everyone was comparing to The Devil Judge in that sense so I was thinking about watching.
LOL it is literally censored romance like in Chinese BL drama...Other Korean bromance dramas are like click baiting…
Yes, Dong Shik at least is madly in love and Joon Woo falls slowly in love by the end. I felt it subtextually. I always felt that Dong Shik was at times flirting with Joon Woo though nothing was ever explicit.
I just finished this series and honestly loved it.Some people say there is no bromance between the two main characters,…
Also in the last episode Lee Dong Shik wants Joo Won to arrest him despite he not wanting it because he sees how defeated Joo Won is and how he wants to give up being a cop. So he sacrifices for him by giving Joo Won the opportunity to do the right thing as a cop and arrest him. He wasn't going to turn himself him if it wasn't to Joo Won. If that's not love I don't know what is.
I would like to point out what I didn't like - the portrayal of disability was really bad in this - the only visibly…
What was the other disabled evil killer besides the serial killer?
I felt so bad for that Park guy. Yes, him having forgotten to shield himself from the trauma and guilt is not an excuse, but in the end he tried to do the right thing when he realised what had happen to atone what he did and I'd have liked to see him together with the others in the end.

Glad I'm not the only one seeing things. The sexual tension, the way. Dong Shik looks and smiles at Han Joo Won like he's flirting with him and the ending... please help and tell me I'm not seeing things. Also I felt that in the end he sacrificed just to make Han Joo Won feel happy because he knew he needed to have a "win" and feel like he was doing the right thing. In my head they're solving cases together now and the romance is brewing from both sides lol
