I saw some confusion about this happening on twitter, basically the problem is the team. I gave Shine 8.5/10 and unfortunately it's aging badly for me for several reasons, basically everything bad that i saw and presented in my review was even worse behind the scenes and clarified many things.
The way they did it was indeed superficial, but you could see that it could be more than that if it weren't for a team with questionable attitudes behind it.
I didn't say the character was superficial, i said the script purposefully made him that way, messing with his screen time and presenting only small nuances without developing them. This has nothing to do with the actor, but with the team behind him. Many of the moves were intentional, and that in itself is disappointing.
Yes, i love Tanwa, but I have reservations about the series because taste is a very personal thing. I loved Tanwa's personality, but I hated his screen time, it was too little for a protagonist, and everything about him was very superficial in my opinion. Victor is a neutral character for me, but his obsession with Trin lasted too long in my opinion. They could have shortened his screen time and focused on other things, especially since i don't think they're a good match, so i didn't enjoy seeing so many scenes focused on that.
Yes, i know, I finished Shine last week. But a series isn't just about the ending for me, the construction of the script is important and the amount of time they invested in this was unpleasant for me 😭
Hiii After writing my review i read the comments and saw that there would be a second season (that didn't happen). But…
I watched "180 Degrees Latitude Passes Through Us" and i was sad all the time. The anger i felt for that mother and the pity i felt for In affected me so much. It's a really intense drama, but i wouldn't watch it again. In and Wang deserved a happy ending.
When this was filmed it was with the expectation of Season 2. Unfortunately, they tried to get funding to complete,…

Can I ask why Mr Unlucky was a 1 star show for you? It's the only show in this list I've actually scene and I…
Hii I basically found it childish and boring. The series didn't really grab me and even irritated me at times. The dynamic between the protagonists wasn't befitting a couple, i didn't feel like it worked for me.

I don't accept criticism of my little baby from My Stubborn :'(
