i don’t mind a slooooooooow burn as long as the tension is good but yea with some stories it can be too slow. i don’t think revenged love is an example of that tho since we’re not even halfway yet and there’s definitely relationship and just general plot progression every ep.

i feel you sometimes i want wsw to just give in but it’s fun to me that he doesn’t 😭im loving the pace but i may die if they don’t kiss again soon

personally i love a slow burn. unresolved sexual and romantic tension are like crack to me. my toxic trait is i start losing interest in a romance when the couple have already gotten together and had sex. i like the happy official dating era to only last a few eps near the end or i get bored 😭

ok i could totally be wrong but this is what’s happening from my understanding:

cc has a bunch of snakes that are supposed to be kept and watched over in the cafeteria. the guys in charge of guarding them were secretly selling the hatchlings to make some side cash behind cc’s dad’s back.

then wsw comes up with a plan to help cc get his original snakes back. instead of just buying the hatchlings, he decides to buy back cc’s actual snakes from the sellers/cafeteria guys. but here’s the catch: if those guys suddenly have fewer snakes, cc’s dad will definitely notice and get suspicious. so wsw suggests doing a trade. he’ll give them snakes that look similar enough to cc’s, so they can swap them in without anyone realizing.

but turns out cc had the same exact idea, so now too many snakes were being traded all at once, which is a problem bcs i THINK snakes are territorial or something so bringing new, unfamiliar snakes probably caused them to fight and kill eo. like full-on snake chaos. that likely made it obvious something was up, so cc’s dad replaced all the cafeteria guys bcs he got suspicious of them

(also wcw and cc -since they both had the same plan- probs knew the new snakes would get killed and we’re counting on cc’s dad feeling guilty about cc’s snakes- as far he knew anyway- dying while he was holding them hostage so he’d back the fuck off cc with the whole marriage shit and whatever)

omg so THE snake scene is next week. i can’t wait. i need someone to put my ass in a medically induced coma until monday bcs waiting is torture

i’ve watched youtube’s version, gagaoolala’s version, and viki’s version and i think all 3 have some issues with the eng sub tbh lol. viki’s version is slightly better though, but not worth the delay imo.

yeah or in ep 5 when they’re having sex and get interrupted by win. having jun hitting sorn to stop him with eventually having him literally kick him off bcs sorn was ignoring him made sorn look selfish in bed. in the book, even tho jun is like we should probably stop, they’re both so into they end up ignoring win and they both come too.

overall i still enjoyed the series but i hope boatoat get something else too

honestly oat seems like a good actor to me esp after last week’s ep so i think it’s the script and directing tbh. i didn’t finish the book but i read some of it and they’ve left out some scenes and dialogue that would make jun’s feelings more clear imo + the director should have clocked that the energy jun was giving wasn’t really loving

i guess technically he fits right in considering this is an office full of ppl who do hanky panky on company time 😭

ngl i was thinking that, at least for this ep he was kinda giving #ihatemybf (iykyk) 😭. in the previous eps it made sense since they still had a bit of contentious relationship with the whole teasing eo thing and repressed feelings but this ep i was expecting jun to be more obviously into sorn idk? maybe he’s still feeling some trepidation about trusting sorn’s serious about him

i don’t care about thai and champ at all but the new guy asking basically his boss for advice to ask out a coworker on his first day is crazy work 😭 he’s lucky penny’s too busy with her gf to do her HR job
