did i miss where they explained how the ring is so powerful? 😭im so confused where this lord of the rings plot line came from, but its probably my fault for fast forwarding through some bits lol

it’s been a long time since i watched a JBL bed scene that spicy i genuinely had to sit in silence for like 5 minutes to process all of that jesus that was good and arashi serving face the whole time good for him! good for them. i will say arashi was carrying the kiss scenes 😭 so many instances i was like “rei kiss back!” but ig it makes sense for his character.

i have to turn my brain off a little bit to enjoy this, which i don’t mind doing for a silly BL romance, but since this series is trying to have more substance with a deeper plot…the plot holes and logical inconsistencies are a mark against the series for me lol. otherwise it’s not bad, certainly better than some BL i’ve watched. i do wish there was more romance though and intimacy, not just sex or kissing but like physical affection like lingering touches or handholding, but i’m only on ep 8 so maybe that will improve

Edit: after watching vol 5 ep 2 im more confused than ever lol. to me it seems they are continuing vol3 to an extent and bringing back the love triangle/affair drama. its just not my cup of tea. i think ill stick with my original plan and leave this series/vlog alone. still best of luck to them

i could move past jaejun kissing someone else when confused but to make him a gaslighting liar on top of that is crazy to me, but what’s even crazier is after they assassinated his character it looks like they’re not gonna do anything to redeem it? all the drama is just swept under the rug and there’s not even any tension, nothing is addressed, there’s no apology for cheating, nothing. that’s just bad writing imo. overall 2J’s relationship went from giving me butterflies to giving me the ick so fast i think im done 😭 best of luck to the actors though. they did a good job with what they had

imma be honest i’ve been thirsting after shoma since 25:00 (the bl series) so while i don’t think this series is flawless between his visuals and being in the mood to watch something lighthearted im having a good enough time lol

i like the original concept of a girl dying while saving the boy she loves and reincarnating and doing everything she can to reunite with that boy, now man, more than what this show became as the mysteries unraveled tbh. The initial concept was super romantic to me and the latter was just meh and had some plot holes. Overall, not a bad drama! I think FL carried hard though
