I feel like I am watching a soap opera 𤣠this is bringing me back to when the grandma next door would babysit me while watching young and the restless
What's wrong with the FL's Mom. when they mentioned that the reason she hates fl is because FL's the reason for…
yeah this confused me too but i guess her mom is a stereotypical āboy momā x 1000. she values her son much more than her daughter. so to her, her son dying to save her daughter is a waste. also grief can warp your thinking i suppose.
So Shirasaki Yuki feels he has to go to a gay bar to get experience and have sex with a guy to be able to play…
I was so taken aback when he said he needs to have gay sex for the role š I thought he went to the bar to just observe and maybe talk to a few people. what a strange premise lmaoo
my dumbass thought koki was a rough looking 19-23 yo and angel was like 17-18 until koki said something about being in his 30s. their age gap definitely makes me uncomfortable, even though nothing really sexual happens between them. i think im just going to pretend koki isnāt 30 something since i really did enjoy this drama so much.
This is why I love japanese BL dramas. Some are really fluffy and sweet, some are darker and sexier, some funny and silly, and some have a bit of everything, like this drama. This was an excellent, complex episode. I canāt wait for next week. Although, even though I havenāt read the manga, I gotta say Iām a bit nervous about the final episode. I just have a feeling it may be a bittersweet ending š«
what happened to A-kun wasn't a suicide, it was an accident just to be clear, the railing was old and rusty that's…
Which is one reason itās so nuts to me that A-kunās parents blamed a kid for their sonās death instead of the hotel! Donāt get me wrong, I understand they were grieving and maybe not thinking clearly but damn they really misdirected their anger.
I gave this a go outta curiousity, and I donāt know if it was the sleep deprivation, but I actually enjoyed the first 3 episodes or so. It was like a fun high production gay soap opera, but then after that it got so convoluted and hard to followā¦it became less fun and more ridiculous imo. By ep 5 I was just fast forwarding and now by ep 6 I donāt think I can make it 2.5 more eps to the end š
It's strange! The more Japanese BL I watch at, the less I can stand the Thai BL unless they are super classy.
ngl same š tbh i gave up on thai bl altogether like a year ago. weāve been getting non stop bangers from japan (with some runner ups from korea and taiwan) and itās made me pickier
I really wished I liked this as much as everyone else but I find it so corny š Itās too telenovela-ish for my tastes, but Iām forcing myself to at least finish the eps that are out now since I made it this far anyway lol
I enjoyed the series but he tied him up out of jealousy and tried to dictate when he can see his friends. thatās…
LMAO. even yoh says his damn self that mizukiās behaviour is too much even if he liked it. considering yoh was both surprised by and resistant to being tied up and staying tied up, there was no non verbal consent either. and bffr not tying people up without first being told theyāre okay with that is a far cry from signing a consent form before every kiss or hug. stop projecting whatever weird hang up you have about consent on to me.
physical intimacy aside, dictating when he can see his friends or idk putting a tracker on him without his knowledge are also not healthy. itās just a show and the avg person isnāt watching this as a guide for how to date so i donāt really gaf, but letās not pretend these are not well documented googable glaring red flags in real relationships. coming at ppl for calling a spade a spade is ridiculous, especially when directly above this comment youāre saying āPRECISELYā to someone saying their relationship is not healthy but makes for good tv.
i donāt really want to read anymore from you so have a tantrum in my notifs until youāre blue in the face if you want but this will be my last response to you.
I feel so offended people are calling this relationship toxic š I know it's not just me.
I enjoyed the series but he tied him up out of jealousy and tried to dictate when he can see his friends. thatās definitely not healthy in real life relationships
i watched this sort of like i watched my beautiful man, where i was like "these people are crazy....but i can't stop watching". i don't even usually enjoy the miscommunication trope or glaring red flags but all 8 episodes have been absolutely riveting for me tbh. i'm sad it's over
