fans subs from gpt are the most accurate than the official site's subs and I know because I sub the drama my self to arabic from english and the official subs aren't accurate with chinese phrases
About the ending I think the game was a coma dream none of the characters were real, he loved his dream so much that he chose to live in it for the rest of his life that's sad and depressing it's similar to people having mental issues and living in their own worlds I can understand the logic behind his obsession though because I dreamt very vivid dreams before and thought about my dream characters for days affecting me so much emotionally but to live in that state for fifty years is a too long and lonely life
it's literally happy ending for everyone except for him! they showed the rest of the characters lived normal lives…

It's okay if they had slight romance but not to turn the whole drama about their romance because many medical dramas especially korean turned into full on romantic story not medical

The friendship that is developing is amazing and the two main leads have unique and diffirent personalities, I love that also, I love the patients' stories , they are not boring as so many other medical Chinese drama this is the first medical Chinese drama that got me hooked
I want the proper English subtitles for this drama , the ones on youtube aren't accurate but the ones on mkvdrama are , I don't know why there is difference
