I agree. I would have loved the drama to have taken place in the historical setting with the tragic ending.

For me, the last two episodes were mostly boring. My favorite episode was ep. 14 and liked the first 6 episodes, surprisingly because of his cringey lines, but otherwise I found it to be average and the ending lackluster. Also, the characters were neither special nor unique, they were pretty much the basic characters you can find in most dramas. It's a watchable drama, but a very forgettable one that I will not waste time watching again.
