I am rewatching for the third time. This time with Viki timed comments on and it's a whole different experience. I am at episode 4 and the comments are already like "she failed". Jajaja

Mine was in energy saving mode... 💀Tantai Jin and Xiao Lin now have pores in vivid mode.😌

Yes! I watched the preview and Cheng Yi dancing had me laughing.

I am hoping that having two dramas to watch will derail me also, but so far I keep watching clips of LYF lol

LOL. I still remember FL's thoughts as he was walking down the aisle with her and I felt so bad because I knew what was coming.

I have that one on my list also. I'm loving all the genres, except the romance one. LOL

-Smart female lead
-Chemistry between male and female lead
-Their banter/interactions
-Some of the side characters are funny (his guards and butler, her maid)
-Wondering if (or more likely when) Xu Hai Qiao's character will become a villain. I like him so much right now also, but I'm afraid he will break my heart. Jajaja

I wish I liked contemporary Chinese dramas more, I have to be in a mood to enjoy them and I'm definitely not in any kind of mood for them right now. lol

MLC is very, very light on romance. Almost non existent. I think that's why I was able to finish it, although I think it's also a great drama, just different. Legend of Zhuohua does have romance, but so far the drama has been on the lighthearted side (especially when compared to LYF), so I am enjoying the banter among the leads and the story. I loved Destined also, but it does get heavy towards the end and it's a bittersweet ending (or at least for me it was since I liked many of the characters).

I haven't been able to watch anything except the The Legend of Zhuohua since I finished this and Mysterious Lotus Casebook. EVerything else I've dropped or put on hold which mostly likely be dropped also.
