TSJ knows about the oath she made. XY actually plans on going through with the wedding despite the interruption and that's when FFB/XL brings up the oath and reminds her of the words of the oath like if she doesn't keep it everything she loves will become pain and so on. TSJ bought that oath in exchange for rations for XL's troops and asked him to stop XY from marrying FL.
