I was hesitant to watch this because I still had the last character of Joseph Zeng I wwatched burned into my mind and I was worried I wouldn't be able to shake it off, but I like the genre and I've liked Cheng Yi in other dramas. I'm so glad I did start it and now FDB is the character I'll remember him by.

I don't really consider that childhood, but that is still a long time to be together. I sincerely hope they have many more years together.

I don't know anyone who hasn't had a previous relationship before they married. Even my grandparents who were born in the 1910s-1930s had previous, sometimes multiple, relationships before marrying/cohabiting.

While watching the first 8 episodes, I thought the one she was going to end up with was CX. I wanted YSQ from the moment the sunshine hit his profile . My brain went "That's it we can end the drama now, he's it"😂😂😂 However, I thought he was the second lead that never gets the girl, but I loved the drama so much that I said I don't like that she will very likely end up with CX , but I'll accept it. It was probably because you can tell how detailed it is.

Sometimes it just gets boring when the main character sem to always have a childhood connection, especially if they met just once and become fixated this person you only met once.

Foxy is the only pet in a Chinese drama that I've seen look happy. Albeit, I don't remember watching many dramas with animals as pets, but when I do they look scared, drugged or like they are dying. She even wags her tail when she sees the actors.
