Finally! I was starting to get sick of all the dead fish kisses in other dramas.

YHN was praised once and she wrote a whole novelita in her head. 🤣 She has definitely been watching too many dramas.

He's just a miserable bastard with a superiority complex who liked controlling people. Han Ri Ta was a means to control Do Ha, especially after he realized he was losing his grip on him because of her.

Yes, it would have been great as a shorter series.

At this point, even a cliche story like that would have been more exciting for present day than what they gave us.

I liked the ending too and, in a way, there are various parts where you can stop and choose your favorite ending kind of.

So... I should have been devastated when Do Ha went into the light or wherever he went, but I wasn't. He had been dead for 1,500 years already and wandering the earth for that long must have been exhausting. My nose did tickle (first sign I might cry) when she was crying in the bus stop with that huge HJO ad poster next to her because that must have been painful as hell for her, but I still held it together.

However, once she had that last dream, I ugly cried. We all know they would have died that night even if she hadn't killed him. I cried in both versions of their deaths because the Silla story was amazing.I wish they had done a short drama with just the Silla parts and then jump to that sequence of time moving and then them meeting in the future in a world where they are not enemies and might have a real chance at happiness.

If all those other present day parts did not exist, this drama would have easily been a 9 for me. Possibly even a 10. But alas, it was ruined by the present day parts. I really want to rate it higher, but that doesn't sit well for me.

This drama was kind of funny sometimes. Like when Do Ha ran freely all over the place with Han Joon Ho's body without any type of disguise, but suddenly on ep. 13, the writer remembered Han Joon Ho was supposed to be famous and they needed to use that as a plot device despite it not being a thing for a few episodes.🤣🤣🤣🤣
