I think the problem with this show is the writing and not Tonkla's character in particular. His friendship with Tong played a very important role in the development of both of their characters. In any romance series there's this best friend character which you can confide in and get their opinion about "matters of the heart" and what to do next. Personally I've never found him annoying. I actually welcomed his interactions with both Mark and Tong, but why did he decide to act completely crazy and through himself into Nakan's arms is definitely, again, problems with the writing 🤷🏻♀️. IMO, killing off his character is not a smart move. Now, whether the story might go somewhere after that is debatable but I doubt it. I think the writers have dugged themselves into a hole which is going to be super hard to get out of 😒. but we shall see i suppose 😉

I just didn't realise people would rank a successful series with 1star just for the sole purpose of bringing it down because they're haters or homophonics! 😳 But I guess everything is possible in this day and age 🫤 let me give you a little example: I, for one, didn't enjoy Love In The Air. it's a very popular BL and everyone enjoyed it. However I hated it, but I still gave it about 6 stars i think and I explained in my review why I took off each star. I wouldn't call myself a hater though I still loved Boss Noeul, but I had sooo many issues with the story🤷🏻♀️
